The RV pull thru site was large and the staff is great. The ability to fish from the dock or launch your kayaks from the resort was perfect. The facilities were very nice too. Loved the views. The resort is in a perfect location for biking and access to everything you might need

We had a temporary stay at Seabreeze recently and was very pleased with the park but is very well kept, clean and quiet. The office keeps the residents well informed of what is going on in the park via text. The residents we met were very nice. It is located on Nueces Bay and even has a fishing dock. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area! Highly recommend. We also fell in love with Portland. Nice small town with great local places.

Booked a spot for a month for my Husband for work . They got a Deposit over the phone. We knew he would be coming in after hours because it was a 12 hr drive . They were fine with that and that they would have his spot and info taped to the front door and that they did along with other notes for people also coming in ,but when he got there at 330 am Someone had Their truck Parked in his spot ! He had to be at work this morning so We had no choice but to find somewhere else because there is No after hours number for Sea breeze . I called Sea breeze as soon as they opened and explained to them what happened and that he would be staying somewhere else . I asked for the deposit back the online states if canceled you receive everything back except $35 administrative fee. Which honestly shouldn't even charge a fee since it wasn't our fault he could not park! But that's besides the point ! The lady i spoke with Evelyn said that they could only refund half of the deposit because He could have parked in another spot just for the night !!!!Excuse me who does that ? That is absurd especially when there were other notes hanging on the front door for other people expected in !!!! So what you are telling me is he was suppose to drive around at 330am and just take someone's spot ?! That is the most asinine thing I have ever heard.So basically we lose half our deposit because one of your tenants had Their Vehicle parked in the assigned spot YOU assigned my husband?! Beware!!!!!! They will pocket half your Deposit even when They are at fault !

We stay here all the time as it’s a great spot in Portland And the community Is friendly. As other submission, you need to check size of your rig and getting into the location as the overhead wires and roads are pretty rough. For our rig, it’s no big deal. This was a one night stay as we had been in a accident and had to get our RV into the shop. We have stayed in short term areas, and long-term areas of the park and do enjoy it.

EVERY staff member was informative and friendly. We felt very “welcomed”. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. The pool was clean and attractive. The grounds were mowed and the roads were grated right after we had a thunderstorm. The view was beautiful of Nueces back bay and our Brittany spaniel loved that he could swim. We will definitely be visiting there again and recommend to friends.

Sea Breeze is one of the best parking our group of favorites. The employees are extremely helpful and the park is very well maintained. They have a nice pool, very nice showers, and a laundry room with an air conditioned waiting room with TV. I highly recommend this park to anyone visiting the Portland or Corpus Christi, TX Area! L

The staff where friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Saturday breakfast they offered. The roads are rough and the spaces are very tight. They are working on the area to improve it. Laundry, bathrooms and swimming pool areas are very clean and well maintained.

My fiancé and I did a lot of research on RV parks in the area, and settled on this one by a long shot. This place is AMAZING. The staff and other campers are super friendly. We have dogs so we love how pet friendly (while staying super clean) this place is. There are places to fish, picnic, walk your dogs, a dock (you can see dolphins in the morning,) a pool, and amazing Saturday breakfasts. Each camping spot is spacious, level, and hookups are well placed. As travel nurses we have stayed at many different places across the states, and this one is by far our favorite.

I was there for 4 nights. Campground was right on the water. Great dog park. Next door neighbors were going to be there for 4 nights but extended their stay to two weeks. Lots of museums nearby and one on South Padre island multiple access points to drive out on the beach. I would stay there again but make it a longer stay.

They will that your deposit, and you will work really hard to get it back when you leave. But first you had better hope you have a spot. They will take your deposit, but Robin in the office informed us that that does NOT guarantee you a site, you have to hope that when you arrive someone has left. Per Robin, it’s on the website, you should have read that. And they will NOT give you your deposit Bach unless you stay the whole time. You don’t have time for all the drama you will go through to get your deposit back after you leave. Save time and heartache, go elsewhere.

I would give them zero Stars if I was able. I never stepped foot on this property but after trying to cancel reservations due to the Corona virus and my family member suddenly being placed on life support. They tell me that I will receive $20 out of the $240 that I paid. Nice way to treat a person during national crisis, family member in the hospital, and retired military. I would not waste your time or your money,i they care about customers under extreme circumstances.

Be careful to check what you are getting into before you give them any money. If you are not happy here you are free to leave but they will not be returning your money. $470 plus electricity a month is cheap. The plus cost of electricity which you are not going to find out until ten days after you leave. Is a total rip off. $100 to run a refrigerator, TV, an occasional light and a fan for a month. God help you if you turn on your AC. Kiss good bye to your $200 deposit. This place is by no means worth their by the day charge of $70. This is not a RVer’s vacation spot. It is a low rent trailer park filled with permanent residents. Do not expect the usual camaraderie found at vacation spots. There are a lot of people living here that you never see. My home Town of Paradise was destroyed by fire in 2 hours on Nov 8th 2018. I look for escape routes and fire exits. Sea Breeze has none. It has one way in and out with a narrow pinch point at the trash containers that will be a bottle neck in case of fire. For anyone trying to get out and preventing fire trucks from entering the property. Not all of the wires are underground or well maintained. Just days after I left, I was told the old overhead wiring I worried about where I was parked, did start sparking. Sparking electrical wires caused the fire that burned my home to the ground. Keep a go bag handy. When a fire starts here you will have to abandon you car and RV to escape on foot. I saw only one fire hydrant in the park. It was far from a welcoming experience. I wanted to leave that same day but they had my money. I could not afford to write it off by leaving. I booked a month in Port Aransas where the Gulf Coast beach is that very day. There is no beach at Sea Breeze. The shoreline is littered with construction demo debris. They do have a swimming pool. The slow speed wifi will let you watch Netflix most of the time. If is pretty much useless for anything else like FaceBook, Couchtuner, ECT. It took overnight to download pictures. Although the fellow they send to “ fix" the wifi was one of the few friendly staff I encountered during my stay. If you are looking for a low rent trailer park to stay in and are willing to forgo safety to save money Sea Breeze may be the place for you. They really don’t seem to care about bad reviews. The rude staff is a common complaint spanning years without improvement.

Not even 1 star. Beware! Upon making a 30 day stay reservation TWO weeks in advance, we were told they had no site for us on the day we arrived! Four times we were told we’d get a call back to confirm. Never happened, run around each time we followed up with them. But they were happy to hit our credit card with the deposit. Deposit was refunded but we had to scramble to find an alternate campground. Awful!!
