Rather modest, yet clean and surprisingly comfortable. Accommodating staff, too. And good value.

Stayed at the Motel for one night, room was clean and spacious, owner very friendly and accommodating. Located close to the sand dunes. Floor is uneven und the building seems to be tilted, but that didn’t bother us or inconvenience our stay.

Its like schitts creek but I'm sure their motel is better!! I was absolutely grossed out from the moment I opened my door.. the smell was over powering of mildew and mold.. had to get christmas tree airfreshers.. the floor was so unlevel.. bed was loud and I didn't get out of my clothes.. the next day I tried to make coffee.. cups were not in any kind of wrapping.. the creamer I got one and sugars.i got two. The other package was opened already and rock hard!! The signs were dirty. Dead bugs on the curtains.. a nasty yellow liquid was dripping from the ceiling. Don't get my going on the shower!! I cleaned it myself with disinfecting wipes and they came out.black.. not worth the stay or the price.. the yurts down the road are 62$ dollars.

Was a long term tenant in the RV Park. Very clean, showers are awesome and the staff is excellent! If you love nature this is a great park. Lots of Deer and BunniesđŸ„°

Don't understand the low reviews at all. Motel room was absolutely charming, had a nice little sofa, desk to work at, coffee maker with tea, microwave and fridge, fast enough wifi, plenty of shower supplies, and a dated looking but unbelievably comfortable bed. Also liked the nice space heater after a chilly 12 hour motorcycle ride. Check in lady was very friendly, this was the best night sleep I've had in my two week road trip. Only potential downsides are the shower cubicle was small, so if you're particularly "well fed" you might be cramped. Was fine for me though. That, and there is occasional road noise from the stupid trucks that roll down 101 all night, so earplugs should be on hand. Other thought is that in late summer the temp was lovely and the heater was used, but if it's peak summer scorcher, be mindful the room lacked AC and a fan. For $90 after tax, I couldn't be happier. Will absolutely earmark this place for a future visit!

First, waited for ten minutes for someone to show up to office to check us in. The room was very sparsely furnished, no closet, tiny bathroom, floor not level and the bed was very noisy. Every time you tried to change position, it sounded like some cheesy horror movie creaking. Only reason for two star rating was it has cable TV and was clean. Nearest restaurant about 6 miles away

Bad neighbors in #3, noisy until 1am both nights, talking, TV babbling, bathroom water noisy every 30 minutes. Rude and inconsiderate people and looked like they were sneaking in a cat. Neighbor's on the other side in #5 came back at 10 pm and also proceded to bang around and then car doors and in and out of a cooler several times with what sounded like an argument. People these days are worse than dogs. Absolutely no consideration for others. We won't be back to a small motel. Total waste of $247, no sleep and now 3+ hour drive home

Stayed here about three weeks ago (just finished trip). Easy to find, small motel, mostly clean, front desk guy was a bit of a curmudgeon (tried to put us in one queen even though we had reserved two beds and he seemed pretty put out about making the change in the computer for us, was annoyed when I asked about wifi info, etc.), weak wifi that dropped a lot (probably because we were at far end of property), no breakfast. Did laundry in the little building behind the property (had to drive through the RV park to get to it because gate from motel was padlocked)-- good price and facilities for that, though.

I like the quietness of the park it's tranquil. They don't have a whole bunch of funky rules just basic common Sense, ones you need. And the rates are definitely competitive and a great manager too. I've seen that there's never been any openings there which means it's a good Park to be in. I really like it here I'm horticulturist and I can have some plants here in potters it's cool because my plants for my babies.

Nice room & view out the sliding glass door. Comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant didn't look busy at all, in fact I think it was just the 2 of us. The waitress took our order and it never came. After waiting for an hour, we left and walked a bit to a sweet mom & pop cafe. Can't remember the name of it. The food there was great & great friendly service. Other than no real service from the motels restaurant, we had a great time. We'd go back again.
