This gem was a nice place to stay. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. It has awesome views and the lots are spacious and not packed together. The only downfall was the very frequent trains.

We loved it! It has two dog park areas a walking trail. It is next to a railroad track so just bring some earplugs for sleeping. It was nice and clean and had a friendly staff. free coffee in the morning, beautiful views of the mountains.

Great stop. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Spot not quite level. Lots of goatheads so make sure everyone has shoes on at all times. Pets may bring them in the trailer. Did not use laundry or shower this trip. The train runs along one side of the park, so if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a spot away from the train.

Seligman Rt.66 KOA has everything you need for a stay. Friendly helpful staff, easy in and out. Large pull through sites full hookup. Very clean bathrooms and nice showers with little seat benches. Good Wi-Fi. Close to town. Lots to see and do. Trains are close, but no crossings so no Horn blast. Just the clatter of a moving train. We enjoyed our stay. Hope you will too.

Great place with nice store, great laundry and a really nice place to stay. The park has multiple dog parks and runs and there's a really neat nature trail to walk around with meat markers showing hilights of the area. The people are very friendly and helpful.

The owner who lives upstairs was intoxicated beyond measure outside. I was walking outside and I saw him talking to some guy. And a lady was walking her dog on her leash by the fence. The owners dog was not being held and was loose and started chasing her dog. Her dog was medium size and not showing signs of being vicious at all. Actually pretty docile. She pointed out his dog and he flipped her off. And then started following her as she walked away in her face. She looked upset and next thing I saw was her running away scared and he got into a car, and went after her. I hope she's ok. This guy who runs this place is a physco chasing women walking a dog. Not professional at all. Very dangerous. Even if it's "his property" he can't be chasing people drunk... Or have his dog off leash coming after people walking. It's supposed to be a "dog friendly" place, nor is there any signs saying no dogs allowed. Pretty small town. Won't be surprised if the owners reply is not nice or defending his actions. Wrong beyond measure.

We stopped here for an overnight on July 4th weekend. This seemed to be a nice KOA when we arrived, and we enjoyed walking around the town and having dinner. The staff were friendly, the grounds were maintained nicely, and the bathrooms were clean. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin when we arrived. At first we were pleasantly surprised that we had a cabin with mattresses that were like new and seemed really comfortable, but looking closer we realized they needed a good wipe down to remove the pet hair and paw prints. The fridge had something spilled all over the inside, and the floor was sticky in a place or two and could have used a mop. Since this is camping, we didn’t think it was a big deal so we wiped the fridge and the beds and left to enjoy the pool and the games. We didn’t realize until after dark that the cabin had a cockroach problem. We killed seven in about an hour as they were finding their way in through the floor boards. Some were attracted to whatever was on the floor. One crawled in my pant pocket overnight and jumped out the next morning when my wife was folding clothes. Not a good experience. I feel bad to leave a bad review. This is a nice campground and we would have enjoyed our stay if we had our RV or a cabin without the bugs. Hopefully this issue is addressed soon.

We stopped for an overnight stay off the I 40. Its a typical old KOA park, but if you want to explore the cute historic town it is extremely convienent. Otherwise, its a dusty Arizona campground very close to the freeway noise and especially the train noise. It did have a nice little trail thru the desert for my dog but can't say we will be back due to the noise.

Great place to stop for a quick overnight! Easy to get to from the freeway and the staff is very friendly. I don’t use the campground restrooms or showers, so I can’t comment on that. My biggest complaint is that they allow a dilapidated trailer to stay there full time and they’ve parked me next to them both times I’ve been there this year for reasons I don’t understand. There were plenty of other spots. Now, I have no problem with older RV’s, but this one was falling apart with electrical exposed on the side and extension cords running into the windows, bottom falling out underneath the belly…etc. It looked like a fire hazard in my opinion and it was too far gone to be in any RV park. I’ve added a picture, but the picture doesn’t do it justice.

We truly loved this family run RV campground. The spot was beautiful, just a few hundred metres from an historic section of route 66 and quite close to the Grand Canyon national park. We were treated extremely well and nicely by everyone and even offered complimentary coffee. We had a lovely bbq near our RV and were able to use all facilities. Very highly recommended

Nice place to stay in the RV. Train was a little close but all part of the charm. They had a well stocked store and clean laundry facilities. Buying propane on-site was a nice perk too. We will definitely stay again.

Great for an overnight stop, if you don't mind the sound of traffic and trains. Nice workers. There is a pool, though it's too cold so not open. Outdated park, but my kiddo still enjoyed it quite a bit. 2 dog run areas; we had a blast trying to get our dogs to do the obstacles. There is a walking trail whoch is nice. In a small town, has a great burger stop and " "cars" themed vehicles. About 2hrs from the grand canyon. Had to extend our stay because we really like this little area.

We stopped our RV for the night so we could take a good shower. Showers are closed, no hot water. Should have parked at a truck stop. All rock and no privacy. Clean enough and an attempt at making the toilets cute. Maybe I’m grumpy because I paid for a shower and didn’t get one. No discount. Would have been nice it it had been posted on their website.

The campground was very clean the laundry facility and the restrooms are really clean only problem I had here was the campground is right next to the train tracks other than that I would recommend it just for a night stay

Gem of a campground in one of the most complete and historic sections of Route 66. We travel cross country at least once a year and will definitely be back.
