I will say that the hostess was very nice. We had a pull through space that was very flat. Since we were only staying for the night we did not have to disconnect. Those are the great things about this park. The rest is sketchy. The bathrooms were a mess and there was so way I was going to use them. One other thing is that there are many people that live in their trailers and they just let their dogs roam the park!!!! I was afraid to walk my little dog alone. The place is littered with large amounts of dog poop. I never would have stayed there if I had seen it first. Oh well, we lived to tell about it.

The place is a very basic place to stay. Water, sewer and electric were good. No amenities, office and bathrooms were in poor condition the roof and part of the building were literally falling apart. Bathrooms were the worst part. Broken vanities, peeling paint and so on . To the owner put some pride into your place it doesn’t cost much to fix the place up a little. Would I stay there again NO would I suggest anyone stay there NO Why? The owner doesn’t care as always it’s the small things that matter the most.

I’m leaving no stars - I did not stay. I arrived at the park - there as no one in the office & no instructions regarding what I should do. I’d leave negative stars if it was possible - I feel completely ripped off

An ok place to spend the night but many are full time live in rvs with not so nice looking people sitting outside staring at you and folks coming home from work in the 11p/12a range are very loud. No one was at the office when we got there mid afternoon so we had to call to figure Out what spot to park in.

This little park requires some serious TLC! It's fine for an overnight, but I wouldn't want to spend much time there. Easy on/off Hwy 54. Most of the occupants of the park live there. Our site was full hookup and completely level. The owner/manager was very friendly. It's across old Hwy 54 to the tracks, so there is some train noise, but it didn't wake me up. Generally pretty quiet. Trees for shade. We stayed for one night in our 39' motorhome.

Customer service eas great. She stayed awake and talked us into our spot. Letting us have our too long rig set up was awesome. Bathrooms need some work. They werent very clean and had spiderwebs. And we stepped in dog poop on our site so whoever was there before us didnt clean up after their dog.

This is an older park, but has potential to be a nice place. There were several old junk vehicles on the property. There was a hole dug close to our spot, with standing water from a recent rain. As there was grass growing on the mounds of dirt, I think it has been there for a while. The office building needed eave and roof repairs. Our spot was mostly level for parking, but the grassy area was rough to walk in. Trains passed close by several times during the night. The one redeeming quality is the camp hostess. She was very pleasant and kind. I enjoyed visiting with her. Can’t say that I would recommend the place, but it was cheap.

This place is horrible. No one in office because ac doesn't work. Really is this how a business is run? Says Dogs allowed. Where do they go? Weeds and stickers EVERYWHERE! This fenced area is the dog area! Now she says she had no reservation. She showed up 35 minutes after my husband called and she gave him a space number to park at. Total bull! Where is the friendly staff?

If you're looking for a backyard camping feel, this is the place. We got in pretty late, so they placed a sign in our site for easy pull in. Staff was very friendly. Quiet and clean area. Lovely weather for mid-July. Easy access to bathrooms. Price VERY exceptional for a small campground. Would recommend for anyone needing a quick over night stay or they just want a quiet get away for a few days.

This RV park is old, but has a very friendly staff. I made my reservation online and staff was onsite to welcome me when I arrived. This RV park has complimentary EV chargers for guests. This was helpful because we pull our camper with an electric vehicle. Trains run nearby, so you will hear the train whistle at all hours.

A quiet, campground off the Hwy. We spent 4 days here exploring the area. This campground isn't big & fancy, but "down home" quaint! Lots of trees & most sites have picnic table & bbq grill. Best part, one of the best Hostess' around.. Shellisa! We had a problem with our 2 room slideout & she was on top of it, sending numbers of who might be able to help, as there aren't any 'RV' repair places here.. Just Truck & Trailer repair. We finally found a guy that could get us back on the road again. Giving this campground a 5! It's very accommodating & friendly.

I would give this place no stars if that was an option!!! Beware, do not book at this camp place if you want to call it that. We pulled in with a 44 ft 5th wheel. No one was around.... office was closed. We got out of there as fast as we could!! Go 12.5 miles on down 54 if your heading east go to mile marker 10 past there is county rd 7. Turn there, and it takes you straight to Western Star Ranch RV. Excellent place to stay! 5 stars!!!
