I will say that the hostess was very nice.  We had a pull through space that was very flat. Since we were only staying for the night we did not have to disconnect.  Those are the great things about this park.  The rest is sketchy.  The bathrooms were a mess and there was so way I was going to use them. One other thing is that there are many people that live in their trailers and they just let their dogs roam the park!!!!  I was afraid to walk my little dog alone.  The place is littered with large amounts of dog poop. 
I never would have stayed there if I had seen it first. Oh well, we lived to tell about it.  

The place is a very basic place to stay. Water, sewer and electric were good. 
No amenities, office and bathrooms were in poor condition the roof and part of the building were literally falling apart. Bathrooms were the worst part. Broken vanities, peeling paint and so on .
To the owner put some pride into your place it doesn’t cost much to fix the place up a little.
Would I stay there again NO would I suggest anyone stay there NO
Why? The owner doesn’t care as always it’s the small things that matter the most.
 

I’m leaving no stars - I did not stay. I arrived at the park - there as no one in the office & no instructions regarding what I should do. I’d leave negative stars if it was possible - I feel completely ripped off

An ok place to spend the night but many are full time live in rvs with not so nice looking people sitting outside staring at you and folks coming home from work in the 11p/12a range are very loud. No one was at the office when we got there mid afternoon so we had to call to figure Out what spot to park in. 

Very run down. 1 toilet working. Dirty bathroom. 

This little park requires some serious TLC! It's fine for an overnight, but I wouldn't want to spend much time there.  Easy on/off Hwy 54. Most of the occupants of the park live there. Our site was full hookup and completely level. The owner/manager was very friendly. It's across old Hwy 54 to the tracks, so there is some train noise, but it didn't wake me up. Generally pretty quiet. Trees for shade. We stayed for one night in our 39' motorhome.

Customer service eas great. She stayed awake and talked us into our spot. Letting us have our too long rig set up was awesome. Bathrooms need some work. They werent very clean and had spiderwebs. And we stepped in dog poop on our site so whoever was there before us didnt clean up after their dog. 

This is an older park, but has potential to be a nice place. There were several old junk vehicles on the property. There was a hole dug close to our spot, with standing water from a recent rain. As there was grass growing on the mounds of dirt, I think it has been there for a while. The office building needed eave and roof repairs. Our spot was mostly level for parking, but the grassy area was rough to walk in. 
Trains passed close by several times during the night. 
The one redeeming quality is the camp hostess. She was very pleasant and kind. I enjoyed visiting with her. 
Can’t say that I would recommend the place, but it was cheap. 

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Bathrooms, offices , laundry areas, and the surrounding grounds were utterly disgusting.
Women's bathroom door would not shut, let alone lock.
If someone took just two days to clean and mow the grounds, it could look much better.

We just needed a place to stop from the incoming winds.

This is a small little rv park. Price waa very good for what we needed and we we needed it. Great for brief stays. We made reservations online, but nobody was there to greet us, but it is December, and this is considered off-season for most. We did call, and we were helped over the phone  and did not have any problems setting up. The park is dog friendly, but there are so many burs, and our dog refused to step in the grassy areas. I would suggest having little boots to protect their paws. I did not see the bathrooms on the property, but my husband did and stated that they were not very desirable to use. Thank goodness that we haul our own.

Been NO hot water to use for laundry or showers. Inconvenienced. Shalisa is very kind & understanding. The place needs work. Owners are trying. People around the park are nice.

My husband children and myself stopped in for a nights rest on our way home from El Paso Texas. The woman who worked the check in was extremely friendly and helpful. The park itself is older and a little run down, however it had everything we needed to get some rest. The train is a little annoying but this is not home…..it’s a rest stop with all you would need to rest for a night. Would never recommend for a long term stay. If I were rating customer service alone, it would be 5 stars.

Very friendly and accommodating manager.  Spaces are small and close to trains but didn't seem to be many at night.  We got a good night's rest here.  Appreciated friendly manager.

Very friendly owner. Country setting. It is not a resort, it is an RV park. Stay here for one night or two while passing through, or stay long-term and work local. Site was level, 50 amp, sewer and water, and cable. Affordable washers and dryers that work extremely well. Yes there are trains across the street, however when my wife and I were kids we both grew up with trains nearby and they still sound good to us. Would stay here again if we pass by this way.

Inexpensive place to sit your tired bones for a while. My husband plumber showed the lady what was wrong with the showers. Turned out the water had been shut off but turned on this morning. The WiFi wasn't working at all and we were so much out of the way that my cell wouldn't allow me to tether to the computer. Quiet except for the train track. It wouldn't hurt to stay there again as the lady was ever so sweet... didn't even care when our dog took after her cat!
