My mother has lived there for 3 years and she loves it.

I had a storage unit which I closed out end of August. I was due a refund and I have yet to receive it. I gave them my bank statements showing no deposit. They can't provide me with any proof the paid me. They are now completely ignoring my emails and phone calls and messages. I ask the Better Buisness Bureau to contact them, which they did, and they have not responded to them either. They had no problem taking money out of my account,  but want me just to accept that they refunded it, but I have not received it. So rude and inconsiderate and horrible customer service.

The place is kept really clean and nice. Everyone is respectful of each other. Its quiet at night and in the morning. Its gated, has cameras and the manager is strict on traffic.  Its ALOT BETTER THAN MOST TRAILER OR MOBILE HOME PARKS.

We moved out almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received our deposit. Everytime we have called they say the check has been mailed. They also said the are managed by CGM but wouldn’t tell us what it stood for. 

They are very welcoming and helpful.  Their facility has a pool, jacuzzi, laundry, dog park just to name a few.  I'm currently staying under a shaded pull thru and it's stays pretty cool up until the end of the day when the sun comes down.  There are families that stay here with small children everyone keeps it safe and kids are able to ride and play on their bikes.  But the facility stays pretty clean and organized.  Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed at Shaded Heaven RV park on a road trip from Washington to Arizona and it did not disappoint.  This was by far one of the nicest parks that we stayed at on our trip.  Not only was it convenient for our travel plans, but also the sites were very well maintained and clean, the pool was great for the kids, washers and dryers were a lifesaver, and the people were very friendly.  After a few long days of traveling knowing this park was on our route with all the services/amenities we would need and, that it was very safe, was a huge relief.  Will definitely be planning on staying at Shaded Heaven on our next trip.

They are super friendly and nice and if something goes askew they are quick to handle it

Nice park for the price. Great staff but when it came time to leave, couldn’t get a call back regarding security deposit or overpayment of rent. Paid about two months rent for less than a month stay. They no longer answer the phone or return messages left.

We are long term guests here, and love the park. We have lived in our RV for over four years now, and this is one of our favorite parks. We will definitely be sad to leave when the time comes. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. All of them are super helpful and friendly, and the new management made some nice changes. They have cleaned up the kids park area and pool area, which we really appreciate. They also do a great job of keeping the park safe and clean, so it’s perfect for families. We have made many friends, and our son always has other kids to play with. The park also periodically has special activities for the kids, which we love attending. Overall, we love the park and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bakersfield, especially long term.

First, let me say there is a lot of train noise. Having said that, we knew that going in so I didn't want to count that against this park. The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. The hookups were great, no problems. Bakersfield might not be the safest area, but the park is gated and we felt safe. We had plenty of space for our 45' MH and toad. We liked the fact that they separated the permanent residents and us "transients". 

The place was gated. A serious plus for single woman traveling alone. every person that worked there was very very nice.  The park  was a little stark but all the hook ups were well thought out and I felt safe. Obviously built by someone who thought it out. A little bit of noise from the train but I couldn’t hear it when my air conditioning was on. I would definitely stay there again as  it was such an easy check in check out. End it is on my repeated route.

Nothing but concrete for all sites. One small patch of scrub grass as a dog walk. 
This is a brand new facility but not in the best part of town. (Gated community)
There is no late check in. If you get there past 6:00 pm you have no gate access key and no way to enter, no backup number to call. 
Last thing, the site is right next to Railroad tracks and the trains run all night long. 

What a nice surprise! We decided at the last minute to stop for the night and found Shady/Shaded Haven listed in RV Parky. Jessica answered our phone call and was amazingly friendly and helpful. After checking in, another employee hopped in a golf cart, led us directly to our spot, and gave us a description of the amenities. (One member of our family gave the hot tub two thumbs up!) We truly felt like welcome guests. Excellent hospitality!

This RV Park is the cleanest park we've been in years. Sites are big and easy to get into and out . The grounds are immaculately maintained; Park is gated; safe and secure. The only downside are the trains that go by several times a night but they don't blow their horn close to the park. Overall, this Park is an excellent choice for a stay in Bakersfield. We will definitely stay here again.
