Really nice folks, accomodating. Nice place to stay, location/clean/nice spots/reasonable price. Double check your site before you reserve it...Water in SoCal is scarce, makes grass scarce...Overall would stay again! Stagecoach was great!!!

I stayed at Shadow Hills RV Resort over Stagecoach weekend and had such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with goodie bags—which was totally unexpected and such a fun touch. I really appreciated the virtual welcome packet instead of paper. It made everything so much easier, especially being able to quickly check shuttle times without digging through paperwork. The shuttle service was great (and had A/C, which was a lifesaver!). I know there were some issues with the bus at one point, but Hayley and her team handled it quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and the vibes positive. The pool party was a highlight—Hayley even did giveaways—and having a live band on Saturday made the whole weekend feel even more special. Overall, amazing experience, amazing staff, and an awesome resort. I will definitely stay here again! Stagecoach 2027

Where to begin. Employees are great and friendly so this review is not about them but about the park owner and management. They OVERWORK their employees and dont put enough staff esp for coachella weekend. We had the premium tents but guess what the power bank was at 0, so we had no electricity except for one outlet, the lamps were dead, and our lock for our tent was missing. The park didnt have any extra power bank, lock, or lamps. They didnt even have the chord to recharge the power bank… Only good thing was the mattress in the tent. Showers also didnt have running hot water! Just cold water. Like WTH? HELLO? Bathrooms are poorly maintained, not clean, and toilets are all clogged. Made my coachella weekend HORRIBLE. And there is no shade at the property except for the clubhouse which is only open for about 2 hrs a day. I also asked for a microwave in the clubhouse and they never provided it. Lastly, the campground does not have any marked trails and its such a trip hazard to trip on all the tent ropes. I tripped at least twice and my gf suffered a knee injury from falling. Overall POOR experience, poor ownership and management. And I felt so bad for the employees being understaffed and overworked. Talk about squeezing every cent during coachella weekend… cmon do better. 1 star only for the employees. Otherwise it’d be negative 5 stars.

- 1/5 stars. Coming back for stagecoach NOT staying here. We stayed here for Coachella weekend 2, and were very excited because we were looking for an alternative for camping, something with AC, and a clean relaxing place to go relax after the festival. We were extremely disappointed to find this RV not properly cleaned, there was hair in the shower and the bathroom from previous guests, crumbs under the table and in the seats, it only made us wonder how unclean the sheets and bed were. In addition to this every time we turned on the sink in the kitchen area there was something in the drain that kept coming up and had an odor of rotten eggs, just with the water running no other liquids being added either. It was an extremely unpleasant smell that would linger throughout. Around the second day we were getting ready, no one took a shower yet at this point or used to the toilet and it just started leaking through the bottom uncontrollably just out of nowhere. The actual grounds were exactly how you would think an RV camp is the pool and hot tub are a nice touch and the man who was collecting the trash extremely helpful but that’s it. The staff there was very rude and very unhelpful would talked to us like we should have known better when asking questions. They were all extremely disorganized since the minute we checked in to when all the busses broke down and left us stranded at the Coachella grounds with no transportation in sight. They communicated they had it under control with two sprinter vans and two additional cars that were stuck in traffic but for an hour plus we only saw one which sat 15 people and at least 40-50 waiting. This made us call an uber which got us to the camping grounds in less then 25 minutes which shows there was not traffic for the other vehicles, they supposedly had coming to get the rest of us. We are coming back in to town for stagecoach and will not be staying here nor giving this as a recommendation to anyone we know coming to the festivals.

Stayed here for Coachella, our tent wasn’t ready on time and given to another person-took time away from resting and relaxing to fix this situation. Shuttles weren’t running according to schedule and broke down after the first day. No communication regarding times, most people ended up ubering or finding another way home. Highlights were the staff (very friendly) and the showers/bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
