Stayed here for Coachella and it was such a blast! Having a pool (with a DJ) is a game-changer in a hot desert setting. The managers and staff were so kind, they even made us pancakes for munchies after the festival!! Bathrooms and showers are available AND a free shuttle to and from. The community aspect was my favorite part, it felt like adult summer camp in the best way ever. Will definitely come back next year

Sprinklers go off numerous times per day, drenching everything outside. It was impossible to park my trailer in a way that didn’t put my stairs in the water. My wife and,y dogs had to flee several times. It was fitting, then, that the sprinklers went off while I was packing for travel - I left with wet dogs and wet shoes.

We were very disappointed in our recent stay at Shadow Hills RV Resort . The park has a neglected and unkept look, dirty sites, weeds, broken furniture, poorly maintained bath and laundry rooms. Management is off site and office staff unresponsive and does not maintain posted office hours. There were no activities or gatherings in January 2025. The only use of the Club House in that month was a Wedding Reception not open to RV guests. We question calling Shadow Hills a Resort.

Shadow Hills is a great place to stay in the Coachella Valley. The amenities, cleanliness, and customer service received from the staff are all top notch. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the paved RV sites, with our 3 dogs, and had no complaints whatsoever. It is an especially nice park if you have dogs with all the little fenced in runs spread out over the park. It’s also not a very large park which is nice considering some in the area have 300-400 sites total. Plenty of space for maneuvering. It’s also gated which adds a nice touch of luxury and security. The shower houses and laundry were all super clean. Also, we were both working remotely during our stay and the wifi throughout the park was strong enough so we didn’t have to use our personal hotspot. Great perk! All in all, we highly recommend it and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Hailey the manager was fantastic! The whole team there is always busy keeping thing up. Loved they would pick up trash and fill propane tanks from the front of your site. Not crammed like other campsites, they strike a nice balance. Pool and hot tub were great and not over chlorinated. Thanks everyone!!!

We have stayed at this park for around 3-4 years, on and off, while my husband works. I loved it! The staff are great and we always felt like family. Easy to get ahold of, or they’ll call you back. Prices are equal to the going rate. We fell in love with the ducks that we woke up to every morning and will definitely be back if that’s where work takes us! Thank you all for being so great!! All of our love, the Cline Family ❤️

I absolutely love this RV park. I would love to spend the winter there. We stayed for 10 nights and was sad to leave. It's very clean. Nice laundry facilities. Beautiful pool area. Nice dog areas So pretty to just walk around and look at all the beautiful flowers and even found a grapefruit tree! Highly recommend

So far, our favorite RV park! The staff is so nice and does an outstanding job of maintaining the park and taking care of guests. I really enjoyed the security of the gated park and all the amenities were on point. Several washer and dryer units, pool, hot tub and great pond to walk the pup around and more. The spots are a good size and most have greenery as barriers for privacy. They even offer coffee daily which was a nice help when our coffee maker went on the fritz. We will be back 100%!!!

Grounds lovely with two ponds with fountain, quiet places to sit with mountain views, and excellent heated pool salt-treated so refreshing feel, great for laps. Jacuzzi water is hot and clean. Location is convenient with only slight sounds of freeway in the distance along with periodic distant freight trains. Staff wonderful, very helpful, and keep the grounds spotless.

Great place to stay! We had a large group, 5 trailers, kids, and dogs. Everyone had a great stay. Pool and duck pond were a hit with the kids. Joshua Tree and Cabazon Outlets are nearby. There are markets and restaurants close for food. The staff was amazing and helpful, the grounds were super clean. Highly recommend!
