This place will jack you so fast it will make your head spin. They will take your deposit and say they never received it. They will charge you electric when it is already included in your rent. Manager will pocket all cash purchases. The owner never sees any of it.

The place is next to the riverbed homeless encampment. The tweekers live in the park. The place has not had any cleaning or maintenance in years. The flies took over my RV. Not one bit of safety at all. And now they will not return my deposit or rent after spending only three nights there. The final straw was the resident tweeker fighting his own shadow with a long metal object.

I dont know what was worse...the flies, the dog poo, the tweekers fighting their own shadows with metal objects, the lack of any maintenance in apparently years, the lack of advertised services, the homeless encampment in the riverbed next door. No concern for safety. And now they wont return my deposit or any of my months rent for three days stay.

My dad has been living here for 11 years now. What used to be a very nice, very welcoming place, almost feels like a ghost town with 5th wheels. Sadly the owner doesn't want to put much money into fixing the place up. Daily and weekly campsites are no longer offered. Only monthly. The office is only open until noon each day (not including Sunday and Wednesday when they're closed all day). 2 stars cause it's still drama free (thankfully).

It's nice or could be if they cleaned it up and did some remodeling/ upgrades!!! But nice & peaceful. If I managed it, it would look really nice and welcoming! I would also start some serious landscaping, so each space and the roads through it we're clearly separate, organized and cleaned up for sure! And people required to to follow all rules that keep it clean and nice looking and inviting!! Just some suggestions! Update it!!🙂

Really nice place. Has tons of potential if cleaned up. Great camping price. A little playground for kids and pool. Has great shade. Nicely tucked away.

We stayed here for about a month, this was only place that had availability in area. Has lots of potential and could be nice if they would clean the place up. Dogs are welcome and that's wonderful I have dogs myself. Should be rules about dogs being on leash and not running loose and nuisance barking. We were trying to move past all of that when my 5th wheel and neighbors camper were surrounded by police. It was regarding the neighbor and that was the final straw and we moved

All about AAA another discounts are listed, there are none! Unleashed, dogs a commonly seen all the time, bubble property looks like it's been bombed as it has deep end the Great many potholes every two or three feet throughout the entire Campground, and ultra loud music always trash is everywhere, obnoxious people are rewarded and decent people are. Treated badly.

This place needs a lot of cleaning up. The bathrooms are disgusting and can an update. Would not stay here again. Manager was friendly but that’s about all. How AAA gave it’s approval is beyond me.

WORST CAMPGROUND EVER! Looked abandoned dying/dead trees filthy bathrooms campsites unkept sewer lines haven’t been pumped in who knows how long, trash everywhere. Pulled in late and got out early, says it’s AAA and Good Sam approved leaving is the only good part!
