I went to visit a friend and this campground is very very nice. There is a fabulous pool that is so refreshing.it was terribly hot so my friend n I took a dip. There's a patio with Tables. And chairs that are pretty darn comfortable and it looks like you might even be able to have some kind of event there if you needed to but I don't know for sure about that. My friend is so glad she choice this campground out of so many in area. Her neighbors are extremely friendly n even helpful. She's new to rv living n doesn't know much Say her neighbor's right there.Ready to help her and get answer any questions and tell her how to figure out how things up.It's really great though. And I couldn't say enough.Good things about the place. So you should check it out if you're looking into the campgrounds

This campground is just ok. It was primarily filled with full timers leaving very few sites for travelers. When we were trying to park into our assigned spot the resident next door immediately came out to greet us and asked us how long we were staying. The spots are super tight except the handful in the middle section, which are much newer, but those are super unlevel. My biggest complaint about this location is the price. It is WAY TOO HIGH for what you get.

Nice park conveniently located near AC. Seasonal folks are super friendly. Very clean and quiet. The staff is visible and willing to assist. The pool and bathhouse are better than most. Pro Tip - They don't guarantee your site unless you pay the additional $25 fee. FYI - If you are booking for a couple of days, the transient sites, located in the middle near the bathhouse are in the direct sun all-day and most likely your AC unit may not keep up. (Our booking was for a site on the outside next to the woods, (shady) but when we arrived out the site was not the one we requested) We thought maybe they were going to be super booked. Not the case, so I would suggest paying the $25 if you don't like to bake! BTW - Management was willing to move us but we didn't want to go through the hassle for one day and just stayed at the pool all day. Also, many people complained about the pool hours and they listened and extended to hours to 7 PM. We would come back if we could book a shady site. Happy Campers!

Had a problem with the manager of shady pines. They are not reasonable people and they pick with you with every little thing. They constantly want you to move your RV/Trailer. Maybe if they help you accommodate where your moving into there would be no problems. The young women that's in charge of the place is not helpful whatsoever, and also very rude n weird. Went down there to have a talk with the girl n she locked all the doors n put the close sign up and it was only 3pm and they close at 4. I was knocking and banging on the door n she called 911 on me. All I wanted was to talk about constantly keep moving my trailer n if they can work something out with me but instead I'm greeted by the police. This situation could have been avoided if they were more understanding and helpful. The lots are so freaking close together that you don't know where your parking your RV/Trailer. Super tight.. PLACE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER RETURN. There is a very nice RV park in Pomona I recommend go there. THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. Needs New Management. FELT LIKE I WAS PICKED ON MY WHOLE STAY. There was a problem with our table being moved, then a problem with how our RV is parked. Then a problem with my kids like smh when I thought they are supposed to be kid friendly. The neighbors and tenants are very very nice and beautiful people. But The MANAGEMENT IS DISAPPOINTING.

Only stayed for a weekend, but it was a nice quiet campground with everything we needed. Far enough away from Atlantic City to be away from the crime, but close enough to drive to the beach.

WiFi is very slow. Sites are very close together. Verizon cell strength is slow. 2 bars out of 4. Office and clubhouse is closed except for a few daytime hours. The bs is always COVID.

It's an Rv park where people live. Definitely NOT a campground! I personal wouldn't camp there again, it was so awkward being in between permanent residents. Looks nothings like a campground, no store, no trees, no activities. However if your looking for a place to live, they may be able to accommodate you. They could use more help as the restrooms needed to be attended to. Many stalls without toilet paper & showers needed to be cleaned.
