The website you see is very misleading, a firm from Miami recently bought the park and immediately doubled the rent, its almost 5K per season, you can't talk to anyone at the new owners, they have ridiculous rules and regs, half of the campers have left because its ridiculous, the facilities are completely dreck and inadequate and there are no plans to improve them, its a bad scene and they have dealt the life long residents a very bad deal, the new owners are crooks and don't care about their tenants, BAD BAD DEAL

This place is so peaceful. A great get away from the work hustle and stress of life. A great place to relax with family and friends. A place where you can enjoy sitting around a campfire making memories and telling stories about the gold old days. The owners and property management are reasonable and kind. Many of my friends and friends who have become family refer to this as "Our happy place."
