This campground is amazing. I've been going for 20 years straight. The camp host is the kindest woman. You will absolutely enjoy your stay here.

Beautiful and quiet camping area. We went 6/6/25-6/10/25 and the campgrounds were fairly empty. There are no showers at this site but 5 miles down the road at Bushy Tail are coin op showers. Tannery is heavily wooded and walkable to the lake. I suggest sites sites 56-61 if you want to be closest to the lake. There are multiple bathrooms across the campgrounds, some flush and some are dry toilet outhouse style. There was a bear box on our site so we could lock up food every night. We didn't encounter any bears or mountain lions but there was a mountain lion spotting there just two weeks prior so be alert. We had some deer visit us in the middle of the night so be prepared for night visits! All in all this campground was very nice and peaceful, we absolutely would come back here!

The sites and bathrooms are clean, and there are plenty of shade trees, but roadways are narrow.

Quiet & beautiful place to get back to nature. While the level of the lake is low, there is enough water for recreation. Deer, squirrels and chipmunks frequent the area. The grounds are very well maintained and the camp host is helpful & welcoming.

The campground is nice and quiet, there's no showers but there's water faucets. Lake was almost dry so there was no place to swim and no cellphone service at all, but the campground is very nice.

Great for families or small groups of people! Super close to the water, and very pretty campground

Well maintained campground with an experienced host (ess). She allowed us to change when a noisy group arrived nearby and the bathrooms are well kept up. Sites near water are best, 69 is a first come first served. The lake is crazy low!

Clean, plumbed bathrooms & paved area at each campsite are a plus. The campsites dont offer much privacy tho.

Lots of sites to choose from. From lake front views to tucked in forest sites with shade. Clean restrooms with flushing toilets and sinks. No showers. Boat ramp access, sites with power and water. Sites 1-22 were first come first serve. We scored site 7 and loved it. We have a 8 man cabin tent and fit it on the flat drive perfectly. Now with all this in mind. If you are coming for quiet, you will be disappointed.I had a blast here tho. It's our new "somewhat close" place to escape to.
