1st time at this location, I really enjoyed it with my family. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back in this park. Thanks to the management, they are great with getting you all the info and quick to reply.

Great price next to the waterpark this is not a golf course not well groomed but this is county living. The people mind their own and are very friendly if you are interacting with them. Sheridan Tx is county living I freakin love it!

Very nice, quiet campground with easy access from the highway. All of the sites are easy to get into. Splashway is only a mile away, which makes it a great budget friendly place to stay if you're here to go play in the water!
