Great price next to the waterpark this is not a golf course not well groomed but this is county living. The people mind their own and are very friendly if you are interacting with them. Sheridan Tx is county living I freakin love it!

Very nice, quiet campground with easy access from the highway. All of the sites are easy to get into. Splashway is only a mile away, which makes it a great budget friendly place to stay if you're here to go play in the water!

Great place to stay! We always refer our clients here. Large open lots, both shaded or sunny, and roomy enough to accommodate the largest R.V.s (or Tiny Homes for that matter) while still maintaining some privacy. Plus, their prices are tough to beat. Check them out.

We stayed here this weekend with our 4 & 2 year old and a friend & his kids too. We all had a great time. Super quiet, well maintained campsites. We tent-camped but it looks like there were a ton of hook-ups for RV's too. Cute pond to walk to with the kids as well as a big mowed field that they played kickball in. This place was great for us because we LOVE stargazing, and some of the closest dark skies for seeing stars near Houston are between Sheridan & Hallettsville. Bortle level 3-4 for those familiar. We brought our telescope and observed several planets, as well as the Andromeda galaxy. Pretty cool if you're into astronomy. Check this spot out!

We had a nice stay at this clean, inexpensive RV park. Bonus was the laundry room and the pond where you can fish. The owner was super nice. It's only about a mile from Splashway Park and Camp, where we went for swimming and other activities. Highly recommend, especially if you are being budget conscious.
