I have contemplated “tiny living” for a while but going from a 3 bed/2 bath house to tiny seemed daunting. I finely decided to give it a try by living in an RV for at least a year to see how it was. I needed a park around the Springfield area and started going through what I could find that would accept long-term RVs. Some were rather depressing, and I was feeling a bit discouraged when I made it out to Rogersville and Silver Bell Park. It was well maintained, trees and grass, a dog park, laundry, showers, storm shelter, etc. Figured it was close enough to Springfield, being only like 10 minutes away, so I moved in. That was about a year ago and I am very happy with the park (and tiny living too). Ada is great, with no complaints about management or the grounds at all. The dog park is nice, having two large, 55# dogs, I just wish some of the people here would pick up after their dogs better but that’s not on the park as they do supply poop bags at various locations around the park, another plus. They went through and cleaned up the trees this spring (there are a lot of them) and the grass is kept mowed. There are two washers and driers, and they are usually in working order. If one is out, it isn’t out for long before they have someone in to repair it. I don’t have any children, but as mentioned in another post, I could see how having a small playground would be nice. There are quite a few kids out here so I could see that being a nice benefit to have.

I like the manager she was very helpful in purchasing and setting up my mobile home. The people I have met are very nice. I’m looking forward to meeting more people.

We moved from Arizona and needed an RV park for a couple of months while house hunting that wouldn’t break the bank. Silver bell park was great, reasonably priced for full hook ups, showers and laundry. The park itself was clean with easy pull thru sites. Very quiet but you are along highway 60 but the noise didn’t bother us. Ada (office manager) was great. She was friendly, answered all of our questions and always smiling. Definitely would recommend Silver Bell.

Silver Bell is a nice community to live in. The employees do their best to keep it looking clean and well maintained. It's rare to find a property manager that actually cares and we have been fortunate enough to have that with Ada in the office. I definitely recommend living here. ❤️
