I have contemplated “tiny living” for a while but going from a 3 bed/2 bath house to tiny seemed daunting. I finely decided to give it a try by living in an RV for at least a year to see how it was. I needed a park around the Springfield area and started going through what I could find that would accept long-term RVs. Some were rather depressing, and I was feeling a bit discouraged when I made it out to Rogersville and Silver Bell Park. It was well maintained, trees and grass, a dog park, laundry, showers, storm shelter, etc. Figured it was close enough to Springfield, being only like 10 minutes away, so I moved in. That was about a year ago and I am very happy with the park (and tiny living too). Ada is great, with no complaints about management or the grounds at all. The dog park is nice, having two large, 55# dogs, I just wish some of the people here would pick up after their dogs better but that’s not on the park as they do supply poop bags at various locations around the park, another plus. They went through and cleaned up the trees this spring (there are a lot of them) and the grass is kept mowed. There are two washers and driers, and they are usually in working order. If one is out, it isn’t out for long before they have someone in to repair it. I don’t have any children, but as mentioned in another post, I could see how having a small playground would be nice. There are quite a few kids out here so I could see that being a nice benefit to have.

Needed assistance with a drain issue. This was addressed immediately and fixed very quickly.

I like the manager she was very helpful in purchasing and setting up my mobile home. The people I have met are very nice. I’m looking forward to meeting more people.

We moved from Arizona and needed an RV park for a couple of months while house hunting that wouldn’t break the bank. Silver bell park was great, reasonably priced for full hook ups, showers and laundry. The park itself was clean with easy pull thru sites. Very quiet but you are along highway 60 but the noise didn’t bother us. Ada (office manager) was great. She was friendly, answered all of our questions and always smiling. Definitely would recommend Silver Bell.

Silver Bell is a nice community to live in. The employees do their best to keep it looking clean and well maintained. It's rare to find a property manager that actually cares and we have been fortunate enough to have that with Ada in the office. I definitely recommend living here. ❤️

My wife and I stayed here for three months during the fall of 2022. We loved it. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with well-kept grounds and friendly staff. We did get a lot that was converted from a modular home so we had a yard and parking for 2+ cars. We wIll stay there again if work brings me back to Springfield

It's a good park, not trashy like most trailer parks. Most people are friendly but the rent is pretty high.. 705$ for a 4 bedroom trailer. I guess you get what you pay for though. Only bad thing is it's right off hwy 60 and chances of getting rear ended pulling in are high.

Silver Bell Mobile Home and RV Park is a great place to stay. We are traveling the country in our truck pulling our large fifth wheel behind us. We called months ahead to check on a spot and were so impressed with Stephanie who manages the Park. She's a lovely lady who absolutely loves to take care of her customers! We made all the arrangements just when COVID was starting. We were concerned about finding places that were open where we need to be. She helped us make the arrangements and have us peace of mind. We were planning to be here for at least a month. She kept the spot open for us in case we need to stay longer! The park isn't fancy but it's clean and there's work being done all the time. They mow the spaces regularly. There's a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. They are inexpensive to use. We had a mailbox to use because we were staying for a month. That was a nice option. We had a pull through. It was space 216. Our dog loved the large grassy area! The also have back in spots. There are some long term residents, and lots of people who just stop in overnight. We only had one issue with someone being loud at night. It wasn't the Park's fault. We handled it and it never happened again. The rates at this RV Park are very reasonable. There's some traffic noise from US 60 but with our ACs running we weren't bothered by it. It's close to Springfield, and any store or restaurant you could want. We recommend Doe's Eat Place. If you like Steak and/or Chicken Tenders, you will love this place. Branson isn't far and Fantastic Caverns is even closer.
