Nice park for a week or overnight. Sites need attending like gravel updated and leveled but the sites are long. The sprinklers hit our rv at 2 in the morning but spoke to the ground workers and they took care of it. Casino next door with a restaurant. It's ok, good for if you don't feel like cooking. Pool and hot tub and clean showers. Full store available.

This is a very nice park. Employees are friendly. Gravel in the spots. Not very level. Spot area in most spots are small. Every spot has a picnic table. Not too crowded. Park is quiet and close to the casino. Lots of grass. Great for my dog. There is a small off leash grassy area. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. Laundry is reasonably priced.

On July 6th, we lodged at this establishment. Coincidentally, they were hosting an Independence Day celebration, complete with a fair and fireworks display. (We were unaware of these festivities prior to our arrival.) The RV sites are in close proximity to one another, yet they appear to be satisfactory. Our stay was limited to a single night.

Bathrooms were nice and the location was close to where we wanted to visit but that was about it. There was no playground as advertised and the pool and spa were gross. A lot of people there were full timers and their campers were falling apart. In addition the staff is not friendly at all. I witnessed them yelling at kids a few time and also just cold to you as a guest.

Beautiful park within walking distance of the Ute Mountain Casino. The problem is that there are random people coming in and out of the park, using the facilities and then just leaving. Many of the spots are taken by people living here full time. Homeless people using the pavilion and sleeping in tents. The only park I have ever stayed in where I didn't feel safe and made sure to lock up everything before going to sleep. Wouldn't want my wife walking to the casino without me.

It was good and not to busy at all. The machines seemed to be hitting strong so what ever you do max bet or you'll regret it in the end.

The cleanest, friendliest RV park I've ever been to! I've traveled all over the US and this place had the friendliest staff who went above and beyond to make our stay the best. There's a nice reception area with couches and tables to rest from the cold, the laundry machines work quickly and effectively, the bathrooms are sparkling clean with the best showers I've had in months (showers look like a nice hotel, super hot water with great pressure) and the whole place is kept in tip-top shape. It's also super close to the Ute Mountain Ute tribal park, which is super cool to see the indigenous perspective of the ancient history. 10/10 would stay here again, thank you staff for such a lovely stay!

The campground office is clean and tidy with a small shop, and common space. They have communal bathrooms and showers but we did not use them. The sites are well spaced although it seemed a bit unlevel. It is adjacent to the restaurant/casino which has some of the nicest people I've ever met. They have tent sites and a pavilion for rent as well. Easy drive to Cortez or Mesa Verde.
