Very nice RV resort. Lots of amenities, spacious sites and extremely well maintained.

Super big rig friendly - wide roads and large spots! One of the most dog-friendly places we've ever stayed. The dog park has 3 separate areas so if you have an 'anti-social' dog like we do, it's great to be able to put him in his own spot. There's also natural land all around the park which is great for dog walking or just hiking. We found everyone to be incredibly friendly and kind. We were only going to stay for one week but extended to two! We plan to go back next year for at least a month, maybe two... We booked a Deluxe site with its own dog run, paved patio and fire table - super nice! Beautiful laundry room, fun activities, lovely pool grounds -- so many nice thoughtful touches all throughout the park. There is some road noise, especially if you're on the edge, but it wasn't intrusive. Gila Bend doesn't have a lot to offer but we were able to get some minimal groceries at Dollar General. Buckeye is 40 minutes away and is your best bet for supplies.

Want to keep this hidden gem to ourselves but it’s a must stay so had to leave a review. Easiest 5 star review I’ve left.

My second time staying here, won't be my last. Had to delay my stay because of a bereavement, staff were very flexible in rescheduling me. This place is clean and accommodating, no complaints.

The park is beautifully kept and everyone we met was exceptionally nice. The dog park was a pleasant surprise with separate areas designated on your dog (or your!) comfort level mixing with other dogs. Would definitely recommend this park to other rv'ers.

Nice, level, gravel sites. Very quiet park with mostly retired people. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Stopped here for just one night while passing through and trying to avoid Phoenix during rush hour. The grounds were all super well kept, RV spots were spacious with plenty of room to navigate throughout for the biggest rigs. Staff was friendly. What really stood out and impressed me was that they kept some areas of the dog park separate for non-social dogs, with reminders to be mindful of time. As the owner of a selective dog, this is such a great thing to see! Kudos to the owners/staff on this!! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in site 132. One of our favorite Arizona RV parks. Convenient and easy in-and-out. Great dog park. Clean and nice restrooms. Long and level space. You will hear some road and train noise. Will return.

This RV park is wonderful. The sites are large and the people are nice and very helpful. The facilities are clean and very up-to-date. The showers are large and very clean. The pool is heated. The owner rescues dogs and the park is very welcoming and accommodating for dogs. The park is very secure and has a gate with a code for entry. The views are amazing. The only thing they could add is a hot tub. Gila Bend needs more stores, there is not even a food store, So bring what you need. Gila Bend does have a couple of restaurants.

We love this wonderful, friendly camp ground. The staff is amazing, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. They show you to your site, tell you when to stop so that your utilities are lined up. We had a leaking hose, that we were unaware of. They let us know of the issue, and we purchased a new hose. Great service!! The pool is wonderful, all of the amenities are super clean and open convenient hours. My doggo (140# Rottie) loves the dog yards, she even met a little friend (maybe 15#) who had to rear up to give my girl kisses! Neighbors and their dogs all friendly and respectful of your space and privacy. Many trails for walking, dirt bikes, and RZRs. I have stayed at the Sonoran Desert RV Park three times and I want to go back again and again.

Easy access from I8. We stayed overnight. Large pull thru sites for over nighters. Didn't use any facilities except electric. Park looked well maintained.

This RV park is a hidden gem. Very conveniently located off of I-8 for east or west travel. However once you have stayed you always come back. This was our 4th stay. Sites are huge, level and park is immaculate w/o the overbearing list of dos and don't s seen in many upscale parks. Great quiet park with adjacent walking opportunities in the desert as well as all the high end amenities one expects. This is on our travel agenda for long term stays and may be our over wintering spot next year.
