One of the nicest RV parks we've ever seen. The location, the security, the absolute beauty. You are surrounded by the splendor of the desert with a very thoughtfully designed RV park. Everything is perfect, nothing is overlooked. Staff is on point!

Shoutout to the crew at this safe, secure & friendly RV park! I arrived later than expected to Prince’s and was overwhelmed by the number of rigs + the thought of finding a space without a reservation during the busy season and plugging in for my first time with my new rig made me rethink my decision to stay there. I called around and in my second call Mark answered and told me he’d wait at the gate to escort me in to my space. He assisted and accommodated me for a lovely first night in my new rig! Lynel in the office was kind and welcoming & Ed was a lovely escort for navigating my exit from the park. Overall a fantastic experience for my first night with my new rig! Safe, secure, welcoming & accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank y’all!

This was actually a really nice place but unfortunately maybe we just had some small snafus and one major one that made it not as good. When my wife was walking our dogs to the dog park one of the residents didn't have their very large dog on a leash and one of them savagely went after our dogs . My wife screamed in panic but luckily the owner screamed at his dog and grabbed him before he attacked our dog. Leash rules are annoying but they exist for a reason especially if you have a super Alpha large dog. Also we tried to access the one of the restrooms and there was no sign on it saying it required a key. I waited 10 minutes at the bathroom because someone was inside and when they left I couldn't get in because apparently I needed a key which was not well communicated and at least a sign on the bathroom door would have been very nice.

It’s always such a great pleasure coming back to South Forty as all the office staff, maintenance and management are super helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. Very clean restrooms, pool, laundry room, exercise room, and the dumpster area too .. all very important. This resort even has a mail room so you don’t have to rent a Box at PO. They have fun community events all year around. Pet friendly! If a maintenance issue comes up, they fix it asap so we can continue enjoying the stay. Very close to Costco & HD & Sprouts, Frye’s grocery, & nice franchise restaurants. I highly recommend this great park! 😊
