Overall experience was good. Only complaint was the bathrooms. I was there Friday-Sunday and you could tell they were not cleaned. Hair on the floor in the showers, a sanitary napkin wrapper on the floor, sinks were dirty and it was like that the whole time. We didn’t except the pool to still be open being the first weekend in October in Michigan, so be sure to check. (Our fault for not checking) it was hot and would have been nice to use the pool. Halloween activities were fun. Great place for families.

It's a black fly...in your chardonnay. Everything was great except for the flies, holy cats they will carry you away and keeping your door closed does not keep them out. I literally don't know what can be done to bring them down a bit but jeez. Otherwise everything was fine. Would potentially recommend ice cream (scooped) instead of fudge but it's not my rodeo.

We had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely beautiful—just a short drive from the most charming downtown area and a stunning public beach. There’s something fun for the kids to do every day, from swimming and biking to crafts and the arcade. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here four years in a row, traveling with several other families and booking cabins next to each other. Our kids range from age 9 to 6 months and they all have a great time. Get a bike pass for the duration of your trip and let the kids grab bikes and ride whenever they want. The speed limit within the park is very slow and I've never worried about the kids getting hurt. There are plenty of planned activities provided by the campground, just download the app to stay in the know!

We loved this Jellystone! Loads to do! Just ten minutes from downtown South Haven. And Sherman’s Ice Cream did not disappoint just down the road! Not a lot of shade but not a problem. The pool was heated and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect place to gather with family and friends, whether you rent a cabin, bring your camper or set up a tent. We plan to book here again!
