Spanish Trail RV Park

It was pretty expensive, but nice except for the VERY loud highway noise all day and all night. They first put us on a small site with a lot of mud around the rv, so we asked for a better site. They did get us moved to a longer spot for our 37ft 5th wheel. Will we go back ? Nope, way to noise, no fire pits, very little grass.

Good place to stay while visiting Arches National Park and surrounding area. Place is well kept. Sites are a bit small for large rigs but we managed.

Generally nice park, but close to US191 so rather noisy. Sites are a bit narrow for modern Class A with slides both sides. Tree branches hit the coach in windy conditions and it can get SUPER windy in Moab. WiFi is crippled. It's filtered which means you can't connect a TV or router. BUT if you're tech savvy, just connect a laptop or phone and cast from it to a TV. However, it drops out all the time requiring several logins a day. Rules read rather unfriendly. Office hours are 8-3.

Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. They have a small fenced area to let your dog run around. It’s very close to Arches and close to restaurants in town. Management was very friendly and let us have a later checkout so we could do arches the morning we left.

Park is on the south end of town, much quieter than down town. Spaces are long and wide, nice spot of green grass and new lifetime picnic tables. Showers were large and clean and pool was refreshing. Lonnie the manger was very kind and made our stay better. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Moab

I am going to try to be fair about this post. We traveled from Kansas and spent 3 nights in Colorado before we made it to Spanish Trails. The motorhome was working great with no issues. When we checked into Spanish Trails and plugged in the electrical box, and the electric kept turning on and off and the A/Cs would not work. The plug at the site was really loose and did not seem to get a good connection. We notified the office and maintenance just put connection grease on the plug and this did not fix the problem. We came back to zero a/c being on all day. Contacted the after hours line. When the guy came back he had an electric checker and an attitude. During this conversation he states that it's putting out volts and it's not his problem. After telling him the plug is broken he says that he is aware that it is broken but is not going to change it, and the issues are with the camper and not the plug. We had 2 kids and 3 dogs with us so we started the generator to get the A/Cs going. After plugging into the generator everything was working fine. But of course they were not going to let us leave the generator running. Long story short, there was a confrontation with the owner, and he kicked us out. He had even contacted the sheriff's department to make sure that we left. The staff there are amazing, but our interaction with the owner was not good at all, he was rude and condescending to us. Would not recommend!!!

Good price for the area, clean facilities, quiet away from town, and great views. Each spot has a nice grassy area with picnic table. Has a small dog area for the pups, too.

Above and beyond. Spanish Trail highly recommended. Our plans changed at the last minute such that we needed 5 consecutive nights, over Memorial Day weekend. At first we had to book three separate sites, which would require two moves. Instead, they called us to verify that we wanted three different spaces. We said no, of course not, so she juggled reservations, cancellations and sites, so we wound up in a single spot for the five straight days. I was frankly astonished at this level of service (esp compared to the indifference and hostility we got at s.u.n outdoors park just down the road.) The sites have high water pressure and they recommend the use of a pressure-limiting valve. I didn’t have one, so they offered to lend me one for free for the weekend. Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here. We had truck problems and didn't know how long it would take to fix. They were so helpful about extending our stay. Couldn't ask for nicer people. Restrooms are some of the best we have seen. Nice laundry room. If ever out this way again we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great park. Our site (303) had both grass & and trees, which was really nice. The site was level. The lady at the check-in was so helpful when we made changes in our stay. Bathrooms were excellent and very private. We will definitely stay here again.

We were a group traveling together and stayed 3 nts at Spanish Trail. It was wonderful. Just close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and shopping. We visited Arches, Canyonlands and Deadhorse from this RV Park. The host Loni was excellent in accommodating our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Our new favorite park in Moab! She worked to find us a spot that would accommodate our rig’s length. Cute store items reasonably priced. Clean and bright laundry and wonderful hot tub and pool. So relaxing after a day of riding on the trails.

Beware! There is no tent camping, no pull behind pop-up campers, and no rooftop tents! If you have anything that needs to be staked down, you can't because the sprinkler system is close to the surface. With that said they let us stay there with our rooftop tent this time as long as we didn't stake anything down. I appreciate that since we had a reservation. Overall the accommodations and services are average at best. Going down the street another 2 minutes to the KOA will show a dramatic difference between the two with the KOA being First Rate. This place was a little tired and a little dirty.

Our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last. One of our new favorite places to stay. Kids love the pool and hot tub. The restrooms and showers are clean, and we love the grass area for hanging outside and the pup loves it too. We love that it’s not in the middle of town and on the outskirts, yet not a far drive to activities. We will be back for sure!
