This campground is easy to navigate with mostly pull through sites. Ours were just long enough and had a sloping front that made it difficult to unhitch for a 38 ft trailer. Each site has a bit of grass. There is quite a bit of highway noise as it's right on 191 but convenient to downtown. There is a pool and hot tub.

Staff was nice and grounds were clean. However this simply did not provide the setting we prefer for a multi-night stay. Small spaces and lots of highway noise.

I have been coming here for years now. I am now coming with a group of 15-20 campers. Loni, Mike, and staff do everything they can to keep our group together. The stay is always quite pleasant. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful, prices are not gouging, grounds are extremely clean, kids had a great time at their pool and jacuzzi. Full CLEAN and PRIVATE bathroom and showers, you never have to use yours in your rig! We’re close enough to town, but outside enough where we’re not stuck with tourist traffic. Close enough to several Mountain bike, hiking, UTV trails. Enough good cannot be said!

I was very disappointed in our stay here. We checked in a 1 pm and returned later in the day to find out a homemade trailer was parked beside us. For $81/night I expect more. When we asked about it we were told if it was an eye sore we could leave. I do not expect to pay $81/night to stay beside a trailer that is leaking fluid and has an extension cord ran in through a hole cut in the side of trailer. Pic is of said trailer.

Great place to stay in Moab with gorgeous mountain views. Located just on the edge of town. & there's a gas station + mini mart conveniently across the street. Each site has a grassy patch & picnic table. All staff was very friendly & helpful. Nice pool here & the bathrooms are private, clean, and quite nice. All neighbors while we here here were quiet & respectful. Wifi was spotty, but we had such good phone signal that it didn't matter.

Great park to stay at! The grass by each spot is very nice, the pool is awesome, and they are dog friendly! The staff in the office is super nice; shout out to Roni (hope I spelled that right) who helped me make our reservations and was super helpful!

Stayed here for the month of December 2022. A very clean, well kept RV park. The hot tub was open all winter which was amazing! Pool in the summer. The entire park is fenced in which provides a nice sense of security. There is a dog park & a dog walking area. Plenty of room for wide turns-there is a separate lot for tow trailers, extra vehicles, toys etc - there is an additional charge. Laundry room & bathrooms open 24hrs. Winter sites had heat tape on the water lines - bonus! Just far enough from town, fill your propane at Farm & City Feed Store. Great views of the La Sal Mountains! Friendly & accommodating staff, highly recommended staying here. Thank You for a great month stay!

This is probably the worst RV park I’ve been to. They have a very small red dirt dog park and you can’t put up a dog pin for them to be outside. They do have grass but if you put anything like the picnic table and put a cloth on it, it gets wet because they run the sprinklers every night. They have a fine for everything. If you don’t have a animal and you don’t mind your stuff getting wet then I guess it’s ok but definitely not for me.

Was fine, we got a spot only because they had a cancellation but it was right on the main road, lots of road noise. Very nice bathrooms though. Really appreciated the fact that they were private rooms you go into with a toilet, shower and sink. Felt more like being at home than a dorm room

Nice park with generous sites and amenities. Shower house is very well-appointed and clean. Hookups very accessible and in perfect working order. They were super helpful getting us in touch with a mobile repair service when we had RV trouble. The only negatives are road noise (close to US-191 and insufficient Wi-Fi. But those are pretty minor complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. The scenery is great, and it's nice to have shade, although our "shade" tree was struggling and didn't provide much of the precious stuff. The pool is lovely, although a heated pool when there is a 90 degree plus heat dome was a bit much! We took to swimming at night, and the lights and fountains made it feel quite luxurious. We didn't use the bathrooms, and the wifi was so so. We were the third row back and the traffic noise could be a bit intense at times. All in all a lovely park.

The park itself is fine. Not very pet friendly. No outdoor pet gates allowed even though their rules said that it was as long as not on the grass area. Pet area is small and rocky but adequate. Won't allow stakes in the ground in the area around your site even if it's to display the American flag. Disappointing. But if you don't have pets or flag posts it's fine.

Overpriced! Although they profess having a dog area it is gravel and rock. Not good for puppers when it is 100 degrees. My area had no shade. They watered their small site grass area nightly regardless if you had personal items out or not. They warned that if you were caught tethering your puppers to their property (such as the leg of the picnic table) that they would charge an additional $50.
