St Cloud/Clearwater RV Park

Excellent campground. It's beautifully landscaped with an inviting pool. There is ample room between spots and there are beautiful established trees which have been trimmed so not to scrape your RV. The camp store is well stocked and the workers are delightful. The only issue is if you have a big rig then the interior roads are tight, but go slowly and they are manageable. I wish we had stayed longer than one night.

They promote having a river and the river is about 11/2 mile not good for fishing. And the staff could not give or did not have any information on any other place for fishing. the staff was not friendly it was my first time there and I asked if I could have a tour to find out what amenities they had and I was told to get in my car and drive around and see. Also we got there around 6:30 and the office was close and the door sign stayed that it close at 8 p m I was woken up at 10:30 p m to move my truck to let another guests in because there was no place to park and the sites was tight we booked it for two week but left in 3 days it was so unpleasant. The only thing they had was a summing pool. The biggest disappointment was how unfriendly the staff was very unapproachable And I am an outgoing person.

Easy access off I-94, Good Sam discounts and monthly, off season specials. Nice campground. Roads and sites gravel, some sites loose gravel. Not very level, roads tight, sites ok length...several 40+ rigs with truck toads were wall to wall. Trailer and RV sites include full hookups with water, sewer and 30 or 50 amp service. Also offer pull-through sites, water and 30 amp electric sites with free use of the dump station, electric-only hookups and "bare-bones" sites for tents. You can also rent an RV and cabins. Store, laundry on-site, $1.75 per load wash or dry. Large bathrooms and showers, older facilities but clean. Large playground, pool, bike and trike rentals $$$. The park is close to gas and restaurants, and big box stores are with 15 minutes of campsite. Lots of permanent and semi permanent residents but they are segregated on other side of park. Shaded sites. RV Park is located a mile from the Mississippi and Clearwater Rivers for canoeing, kayaking, fishing and relaxing and a mile from Warner Lake County Park with hiking and biking trails, a swimming beach and fishing pier. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
