The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. There is a very nice and clean pool with a nice shower. Very quiet and pretty grounds.We enjoyed our stay

Personally we love the small hole in the wall campgrounds, and this one was just that! Quiet, and the staff was willing to help with anything we needed, the owner was super kind. Highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at Sun-N-Shade MHP that we found through our Passport America membership. We met Mike who was super helpful and friendly as he checked us into our RV spot. We unfortunately had a brake line on our truck fail during our visit. I’m thankful that I was able to repair it myself, but it was a good feeling when Mike graciously offered his assistance along with a young mechanic and his sweet wife who lived in the park. Thank you for being such a welcoming and accommodating community to an old veteran and his wife passing through Punta Gorda. We’ll definitely be back! 👍🏽

Mike was so helpful and accommodating as we were running late to check in and he made sure we got a nice shady spot in the back. Beautiful property and we look forwards to coming again!

This is our second time at the Sun and Shade. Office staff, Krista, Mike and another. Mike are always friendly and helpful. Pool is heated. Showers and restrooms and laundry are always clean. Most parking spots are easy accessible. We like coming here. People are friendly. Lots of activities, bingo, Karaoke, Bear paws where they serve food at a reasonable price. Overall for us, the Park is a five and the people are a six. Have a great day.
