This is our second time at the Sun and Shade. Office staff, Krista, Mike and another. Mike are always friendly and helpful. Pool is heated. Showers and restrooms and laundry are always clean. Most parking spots are easy accessible. We like coming here. People are friendly. Lots of activities, bingo, Karaoke, Bear paws where they serve food at a reasonable price. Overall for us, the Park is a five and the people are a six. Have a great day.

This company is top notch. Every person I interacted with from my sales rep to those who did the onsite logistical design plans to the fantastic team of installers today, were pleasant, competent and focused on making my experience flawless. They are a local manufacturer who delivered a quality product in a short period of time (6 weeks from order to install.) They followed through on every promise made. At the end of the installation today, I had been walked through every detail that had been given their attention, learning that they had gone above and beyond the minimum safety requirements for spacing/number of screws used and also aesthetic considerations related to the finished appearance. I could not be more pleased!

We have been here now for the last 2 winters and we absolutely love it. The staff are truly amazing and are always willing to help. The upkeep of the property is outstanding. We will hopefully be continuing to spend our winters here in the future.

We really enjoyed our two months stay here. Such a quiet and peaceful Park. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our daughter loved the pool and our dog loved going on walks around the park and stopping at the office for a treat from the manager. Highly recommend staying here!
