Campsites are big however they allow seasonals to park their box storage trailers on their individual sites. For 2 months we looked out our RV window and saw the side of a large trailer which was about 2 to 3 feet from our window. Campground has very few activities planned.

RV sites are large with 30/50 amps. Water is between sites and a little bit inconvenient but not an issue. No sewer on any sites but two dump stations. On check out from a long weekend there is a little wait to dump. But campground well maintained, quiet and close to attractions in Mystic. Great places to eat nearby like the mystic diner. Reasonable prices and staff very friendly and helpful.

Quiet park, great laundry, and the location was super convenient to Mystic, but there were a few things that were less than ideal. First, to no fault of Sun Outdoors, there was a lot of rain, specifically during both our arrival and our departure, turning our site into a bit of a mud pit... thankfully Crocs saved the day. While it was no surprise that the site didn't have sewer or very much gravel, for the nightly rate they're charging, I would typically expect FHU and a bit more gravel on the pad. I'm sure these rates are reasonable for the area, just a note. Lastly, checkout time is at 11a, and when I asked if I could stay until 12:30p, I was told it was a $30 late checkout fee. I opted to leave on time. Long story short, would I stay here again? Yes, but I think a few small improvements could take this campsite from "just another private campground" to a really fantastic destination.

We enjoyed it here. The sites could use some updating but everything worked how it should. Big sites for a RV park. Picnic table, fire pit, some shaded sites. Mostly grass and some gravel, somewhat level sites. The water pressure is a bit high. Lots of amenities. The pool is nice. Most children don’t follow the posted rules (parent’s fault) but what can ya do. They had a live band while we were here. The laundry room is decent. A nice little pond. Dump station, not sure if they have any full hook-up sites or not. Perfect location. Safe. A little pricey.

My wife and I arrived at the camp grounds on Monday 5/26/25 and checked in at the desk. The employee checked us in and we went to the site. The site was muddy, but what can you do about that? I had a little issue with the front jack after the camper fell off the block. I asked if they had a tractor to help but was told they couldn't help due to liability. Ok. Then after three days I went to the office and asked about a grey water pump out. I was told it would be $30. Wow. I declined and let the nice lady Know i was not a little disappointed it the trip so far. She was nice and said they would help and get the pump out done for free. Great customer service from her. But, it never happened. I asked again in the afternoon and she said she thought it was completed. I then got a call from corporate saying it would be $20??? I declined but let the corporate guy know I was disappointed. Now all that aside the campsite was quiet and private. It was also infested with ticks! Really bad. Took 73 ticks off my dogs and wife and myself. It was horrible. I understand the ticks are bad this year, but is there nothing a campground can do to mitigate this? Not sure I'll go back here and won't recommend to anyone.

This was our first experience with an RV campground and we were extremely happy! Spots were well spaced, the facility was spotless, and the location was fantastic. I'm sure this was more of a basic campground compared to some, but it had plenty for our kids to do and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. No issues maneuvering our 34' TT. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't require the dump station/honey wagon. Only negative is the pond was rather small (our son was really looking forward to fishing) but there were plenty of fishing spots nearby that made up for that. Will definitely stay here again!

Great RV park. Lots of activities for families but you could definitely relax in quiet areas if that's what you are looking for. Great pool, friendly staff available whenever you need them, cool mini-golf and playground too. Very pet friendly as well. Close to beaches and other great things RI and southeast CT have to offer. Had so much fun, didn't take many pics.

This is one of the best quaint campgrounds I have had the pleasure of staying at! The atmosphere is so inviting! It is a great place to bring your kids, or your dogs! Being so close to Rhode Island, and the CT shoreline leaves for endless possibilities for summer fun! There is also rotating live music that is sure to give you and your guests that “singing around the campsite” vibe!

We spent a weekend twice, once with our great grand son and had a blast. Always something happenening, the pool was awesome and very clean. This a very family orientated campground for families and young kids and teenagers. Jessie is a fantastic manager and is running a wonderful campground. We can't wait to come back again real soon.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $62/night Stayed 6 nights Site #39 Would stay again. Stayed here in Sept 2021. Catching up on reviews. Site type: Back-in, water and electric only, 50 AMP. Location: Very close to gas, restaurants, and groceries.Close to Mystic (downtown and aquarium). Maintenance: Clean campground that was well-maintained. Amenities: Laundry was clean and worked well. Other amenities like the game room and such looked really nice! Sites: Bare bones. Back-in sites are very large and the grass is nice for having dogs. The entire site and pad are grass. Dump services: The campground offers pump-out services. Water: Shared water hookup with other sites backup up behind our site. The spout was behind the site and on the patio side vs on the normal driver's side.

We went to Seaport resort for a stay. The spaces were huge about 30 ft on either side of your trailer. The place was very clean. The restrooms were clean. People were very friendly. They had a little dog park that my dog had fun in. We will definitely go there again.

Very spacious site. Campground beautiful until you pull in. Great potential. Looks like improvements are being made. As you walk through the park you can see how trees are being planted to separate the spaces. The area is what is amazing. The downtown and surrounding area is magical. Looks like a Hsllmark movie! Actually I found out a few weeks later that a Hallmark movie was filmed there! Loved the Harbor and Lobster Rolls.
