They do a great job landscaping and keeping it nice here. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Love the location, across the street from Costco, Target and many shops and places to eat.

Overall good. Laundry is an issue..multiple machines don't work, mold and hair in the washer rubber seal, and paid for dryer that did not get hot. I find at RV parks it's rare to find good laundry machines and dryers....its best to find a laundromat nearby instead.

Very nice and clean. The location landscaping is beautiful and well kept. The spaces are concrete in our area and level. Have to give this location a 10 plus. Staff is friendly and helpful!!

We have stayed here several times and each time we are pleased with staying. I will say that this time we had terrible WiFi and I think it was because the RV Park was very full and a lot of people streaming? Was a bit of a drag as we had our grandsons and we couldn’t watch any shows on the TV due to buffering. I would stay there again so other than that it is well maintained and very centrally located.

Kelley the manager is spot on with how she runs this place. She’s very involved in the day-to-day operations of the resort. The staff is very friendly and professional and the property is kept up very well. Peak pricing is a bit high but that’s what the area calls for. Nice pool & hot tub year around. There’s no RV Resort around this area that compares to Sun Outdoors Portland South ( only except Old Stone in McMinnville but it’s far out).
