Overall good. Laundry is an issue..multiple machines don't work, mold and hair in the washer rubber seal, and paid for dryer that did not get hot. I find at RV parks it's rare to find good laundry machines and dryers....its best to find a laundromat nearby instead.

Very nice and clean. The location landscaping is beautiful and well kept. The spaces are concrete in our area and level. Have to give this location a 10 plus. Staff is friendly and helpful!!

We have stayed here several times and each time we are pleased with staying. I will say that this time we had terrible WiFi and I think it was because the RV Park was very full and a lot of people streaming? Was a bit of a drag as we had our grandsons and we couldn’t watch any shows on the TV due to buffering. I would stay there again so other than that it is well maintained and very centrally located.

Kelley the manager is spot on with how she runs this place. She’s very involved in the day-to-day operations of the resort. The staff is very friendly and professional and the property is kept up very well. Peak pricing is a bit high but that’s what the area calls for. Nice pool & hot tub year around. There’s no RV Resort around this area that compares to Sun Outdoors Portland South ( only except Old Stone in McMinnville but it’s far out).

We spent 3 nights here! Great RV park. Very clean and everyone very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were excellent and well maintained. Laundry and shower facilities clean- they even have extra large machines so was able to do all our camper bedding. After 3 weeks on the road so far that was much appreciated! The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and well kept areas. Appreciated the extra room attached to the main office to hang and play games. Easy access to things we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean park. Nice amenities. Not our first visit and won't be the last. Highly recommended.

I lived here for about 16 months. The office ladies are very professional and sweet. They were flexible with my work due to me having to expend multiple of times. They even do courtesy reminders on buying rent so you weren’t late. The public areas, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and pool are always clean. If I ever come back to Oregon and this area they will be my first choice.

Stay elsewhere… unless you don’t mind skinny sites. Our view of cousin Eddie’s RV next door and having to fight the mud and dirt from getting in the trailer had made this place rank low. Which is sad to say because the majority of the park has nice rigs and the pool/spa look clean and great. I spent time sweeping and was noticing that they hadn’t cleaned the pad. We told the office when we made the reservation that we had 3 slides. Arrived at 5:45 so we didn’t get to switch last night. Go stay at the nearby “He-he” place, we had a much better experience there for the price!

We’ve stayed at this park a handful of times, and really enjoy it. It’s very beautiful with the trees, vegetation, and well-kept grounds. It’s always so quiet and the staff is very friendly. There is a nice swimming pool, dog park, and laundry room too. Nicely located off of I-5, and close to Costco, Target, and restaurants if needed. We’d continue to recommend and choose this park!
