We live here and definitely can say, not sure about all the negative reviews. But for us and our experience has been really good. We mind our own business and everyone around us does the same. So far we met only friendly people. The management here is Awesome! I think as long as one follows the rules of the park and maintains good communication with management, there is no issue. We love it here, especially because we don't mind hearing the train go by. We have never experienced any riff raff, or any strange activities. Yes it's not gated, but we never feel unsafe. Looking forward to them following through with putting up a fence and gate, thats exciting. Our spot is large and that's a huge plus. We have had tons of issues with water, electric and smelly sewers at other places we lived and so far none have followed us here. Highly recommend staying here, you shouldn't regret it! Ps. They won't turn on the hot water unless you request it. (Inside joke)

I see quite a few real negative comments. It’s not the most desirable campground, definitely needs some work. The train does go a lot during the day but not at night! As for traffic noise? This is not the campgrounds fault 🤩 however never really heard the traffic during the night. Pretty quite actually. I would agree that they don’t get back to you when you leave a message (needs work)! After we arrived I did request my good Sam discount be applied, didn’t happen. 😢 There really isn’t any great amenities. No cable no WiFi at a price of $62.50 a night. Definitely have stayed at much nicer rv parks for lower price. Spots are pretty roomy. Older gentleman did help us park

We had a great time at the RV resort! No issues! It was well maintained and well managed. The owners were a delight and had great sense of humor and welcoming folks. The neighbors were warm and welcoming as well. Great deals and really reasonable prices. Looking forward to coming back and visiting again! ☺️💯
