This is an Encore PK & we were here for the month of Oct. at the special rate of $349. & elec. got this rate from coupon at RV show. Normally rate for Oct. for the month is $991., $80. for the night. Sites are 30/50 p/thru, site was long enough for our 36'MH & car. Site are wide enough so you are not on top of your neighbor. Friendly staff, It is on the Gulf with some nice sunsets to view. There is a pool, workout room, cable, WIFI only in office at site there is a fee. it is an ok pk for the $349 we pd for the month at the special rate, but the park is not worth the $991. they normally charge for the month but then that the going rate for the Keys. Winter rates are way over $1200. a month & like 85- 100. a day. There are no patios, tiny gravel, feeds growing through the gravel.
