Very poor experience. Booked it because of the amenities.. Booked like 6 month prior. No one told us that there were no amenities due to renovations. Neighbors were very friendly but expressed there disappointment in Management. . We decided to cancel the next month and notified them 3 weeks prior…and no one could give us an answer if the money would be refunded. After several calls to the person in charge she advised us there would be no return of payment. Theses are just a few things that happened while we were there: all dryers went out no notification even tho they had our email address and phone #. A text would have been nice. So a nice neighbor let us use his facilities. Next wanted to go for an early swim class…cancelled heater went out. Then the clincher..bought ticket for a boat ride when we got in line with our tickets we were told they never recognized the tickets…we need to call your resort. Well as I understand it they could not get in touch with any representative of the resort. So they called the owner of the boat and he let us get on. Don't know what ever went on because we left the next day. Upon leaving a women stopped by and said oh I see you are leaving so are we. oh I said …she said they have taken enough money from us we found a new place to take our new trailer… So I shared my experiences with and we both decided it was better to get out. And that nice man that let us use his facilities moved out when we were leaving as well. He had some negative experiences as well. With all this being said it was a negative experience to say the least. And to think we went there to possibly buy a place to stay 6 mo out of the yr. No one to this date has contacted us…All tho we did not get a utility bill for the time we were there. I will say we truly enjoyed the Sunday morning church services.

Our first time here, beautiful, well kept. Lots to do and everyone very pleasant and friendly. Making lots of new friends. Enjoying the amenities but things still being remodeled so do not have full use. Very disappointed in the cable. Had very nice cable person here trying to fix it but still no luck. That in itself could prevent us from returning.
