The Susanville RV Resort is one of the best I have been to; the setting is very picturesque and peaceful, each site has a mature shade tree and perfectly manicured greens, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it as a stop on your RV travels. They offer all of the amenities you need during your travels; a fenced dog park, laundry, showers, ice, etc. Check them out!

So sorry this post is a little late Amanda. I promised you a review and simply put fantastic Park clean, well maintained and absolutely wonderful staff Amanda. You are wonderful. Had candies and water and coffee at the front desk, restaurant next door. The White House was a Thai restaurant but many options were available. Built a path so you could walk right to it in the back. I would highly highly recommend this park. We only had one night there but if we go through there again this will be our go-to stay no doubt. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the wonderful service.

On our way to sand hollow for our vacation our friends traveling with us had transmission trouble and we had to get a spot to stay for the night to figure things out. We called and they were able to get us both in side by side, the gal in the office was so very nice and helpful. The park is beautiful and well maintained and the office was very clean and offered free waters and other goodies while you waited. We will be back to visit again next time we are coming by through for a longer visit next time!

This is our overnight spot during our migration🤭. Stop here in September and again the end of April. The park is making great improvements with more to come. Quite and my dogs love walking the park. Great crew! Everything is clean and tidy!! Thank you for having level pull through sites. See you in the fall Terri Leininger

This is one of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed at. The sites are paved and level with individual grassy areas. The full hookups worked well and their WiFi system was excellent. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and happily provided a discount for the veteran in our family. We have been RVers for many years and this park ranks at the top of our "Best Of" list. We will be back!

Stopped here passing thru and had a slide malfunction that shut us down for 2 weeks waiting on parts. Keri and Amanda in the office were amazing in working with us. We were unable to move because our slide was stuck out and they moved other reservations to accommodate our situation. The park is so peaceful, pretty and well maintained. This has become one of our favorite stops!

Strange place actually asked me about my vehicle. I don’t know what’s up with California, but this is the strangest state when it comes to rving well I’m not coming here and you shouldn’t either. You’re sitting there asking strange questions. I have never had one person asked me what am I driving people? I’m not broke. I got money and I’m certainly not going to you.

Sites were vere nicely spaced. Restrooms were very clean! Location is well off the highway. Park is low-lighted throughout so walking you pet is easy after dark.

The park is clean with level concrete drive thru slots. All have a patch of grass with a table. Some have mature trees that give good shade. Daily there was maintenance guys working on the place, landscaping etc. It's close to everything. I recommend it.

We stayed at Susanville RV Park from January to June 2025 and had a really positive experience. The park is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Keri, the General Manager and Co-owner, goes out of her way to make sure guests feel comfortable—she cares alot about the park and it shows! Although we mostly used the laundry facilities during our stay, they were always spotless, and easy to use, which made a big difference for us as we are a family of four. We would definitely recommend Susanville RV Park to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay in the area!

I’ve stayed off and on for work for about 7 years. The old manager was fantastic but they replaced her with the owners daughter and these people have totally changed the park from best I stayed in too the worst. They police it like a nazi compound and told me I’d be evicted if I didn’t have the tag that kept falling off my mirror on. And what do you know they kicked me out the second time the tag was off. I have never been told such profanity as the park manager said too me in front of another guy there. Don’t stay here. Save your money and go form the road further.

It wasn't a pleasant stay. I had a water leak and the office said I had a sewer leak. I tried to explain it was a water leak, they would not listen to what i was saying and demanded they I unhook sewer line and if needed to dump i had to go to dump site. The whole exchange was unpleasant

We stayed here 2 nights in our small Scamp trailer. This park is crazy clean and very well managed. We had (or witnessed) a few interactions with Carrie and found her to be most welcoming, fair and professional. Even with our tiny Scamp and only a 2 night stay, we were treated as though we had the biggest rig out there and repeat customers and/or friends. Thanks Carrie! We definitely recommend this place!

To be clear, I only came in to use their RV dump service, I did not stay overnight. That said, my experience was very good for what it was. The people were very friendly, and I was surprised once I got back in there how nice and tidy the park is! There was another customer in front of me in line to use the public dump, taking forever (he opened the hood, never a good sign), so one staff member approached me, told me I didn't have to wait. He radio'd the office to figure out which campsite didn't have anyone scheduled to arrive and they let me dump there so I wasn't stuck waiting. I appreciate the helpful attitude and just the fact that I got that without asking or complaining. I live local so it makes no sense for me to ever stay here, but I will definitely continue to use them when I need to dump my trailer, and would surely recommend this park to any family or friends with RVs traveling here from out of the area.

Very nice RV park. Clean and well maintained , you can see they have been putting in new concrete pads. Sites are level and quite large. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. The morning we were scheduled to leave our truck wouldn’t start and they couldn’t have been nicer. Working it out so we could stay another day and offering to do anything they could to help us out. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
