The campground is very nice conveniently located in Brewster which puts you in the cape. That alone is worth its weight and gold. This is our second time there for Labor Day weekend. And we booked for next year as well. So obviously definitely coming back. Off the beaten path. You pull in up a dirt road that is 10 mph as you get closer to the actual campground it drops to 5 mph to keep all of the pedestrians and bicyclists safe obviously. When you first get there you pull off to the right fairly clearly marked you stopped there you check in at the front desk get your tag for your mirror for your car. Campsites are well maintained there is full hook up available, gray water only an electricity, and water on site. There are also sites without water mainly tent sites. The owners which are very present seem to be kind caring and really want the campers to enjoy their stay. The campground is very well kept, bathrooms are clean, plenty of bathrooms and showers, dirt roads throughout for the most part there are a few tard roads to the campsites,. There is also Sweetwater farms which seems to be a horse farm they tell you not to go too close but you can walk by and look at the horses. They have basketball swing sets cornhole pickleball, horseshoes, there's a fishing pond, you can rent boats. Plenty of water spigots throughout the place with buckets to put all your fires. Some really nice tent sites that are kind of tucked away with privacy. Camp store has a good amount of things that you may need when you're camping including camping and tent items, fishing items, milk bread crackers, candies. There is a small arcade game room for the kids with some seating, upstairs from that there is a pool table with some books and people television in that room with some sitting areas. There is a dump station for those that need to dump their campers. When I left check out was at 11:00 and I was second in line for the dump station, as I was dumping one person pulled behind me. So it was not overwhelmingly busy. Also to mention there is mini golf which cost $2.50 per person, or lots of activities planned for the weekend Friday Saturday Sunday. They had things such as scavenger hunt, fishing derby, painting rocks, basketball shootout for the kids, on Sunday they had a live band play quite a few of the campground patrons bring their chairs set up and watch the live band. Also before the live band on Sunday there was catered burgers hot dog salad. All for free.

Stayed 3 nights here to do some kayaking and biking. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, and, while I didn't use any of them, it appears that there are many activities to do here. Sites have decent separation and privacy. Sites are fine dirt which, when it rains, turns to mud. So, be ready for that. Many of the roads are narrow so be careful. Pricewise, this campground is an excellent value on the Cape.

Spent four glorious night at Sweetwater what a wonderful group of people they have created quite an experience there many things to do for children and adults, fire pits, electricity, and water at many of the campsites, including cable for TV. There’s kilndried firewood. There’s ice in a well supplied store for items one might need at a campground. They accept tent, camping and many different sizes of campers and trailers. They’ve got a new Pickleball court. They’ve got basketball courts, cornhole games, putt putt golf. The bathrooms and showers are free and incredibly clean . We met a guy whose job it was to go around and vacuum all the spiderwebs that get set up each day by those busy little spiders. Signs are everywhere to tell you what your choices are and what you should be doing to help out such as keeping the doors closed in the bathroom to keep the bugs out very helpful. We like to bike and there are so many trails within striking distance from from Sweetwater. The trails interconnect with other trails so you can be gone all day on your bike if you choose exploring the Cape meeting new people and seeing beautiful views and surroundings on Cape Cod I highly recommend Sweetwater Campground. We will be back.

Great experience Site was pretty level, spacious, and private. We had water & electric. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to do much as we were traveling the cape most of the weekend. But it was a great home base

Great campground with all the facilities. Clean showers and toilets. The spots were not to close together so relatively private.
