Talladega Pit Stop RV Park Campground is located in Lincoln, Alabama, just minutes away from the Talladega Superspeedway. This campground offers a variety of amenities for RVers, including full hookups, a swimming pool, a playground, a game room, and a laundry facility. The campground also offers a variety of activities, such as fishing, biking, and hiking. The campground is also close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Great atmosphere. Spacious campground. I travel for work so I’m not able to get the breakfast. But very pet friendly and reasonably monthly price.. For the talladega race it’s awesome.

We stayed there for the Yellawood 500 and this place is the best! They are only about 1 1/2 miles from the track so their location is convenient.  But they offer free shuttle service! And don't worry about being hungry for breakfast because they had breakfast every morning.  We would definitely stay there again!

We had am Amazing race weekend experience here. The owners and staff are so accommodating and friendly. They had entertainment all weekend and the provided breakfast was soooo good. RV Spaces are spacious, clean and well taken care of. Our friend left his wallet in the grass after watching the band and it was turned in with all cash and cards still inside. 100% recommend this place.

Nice, clean, and very well maintained RV park.  Friendly staff and good location close to the speedway.  If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would!  They do an excellent job with breakfast, entertainment, shuttle service to the track, firewood and ice delivery to your site...just, everything!  Hands down the best camp ground in Talladega, and where we will be staying for all of our future visits!  Keep up the great work!

This is a top notch campground. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to all the customer needs. They go out of their way to ensure we had everything covered for our stay. Shuttle service to the track and the breakfast was great. Never expected that. Southern hospitality at its finest. Almost forgot to mention that there was a band after the race at the campground that was amazing and all part of the weekend.

Put. A mirror above the sink. I tightened your sink and shower head.  Place a sub-floor or something underneath the shower.  If you dont you will have to fix it sooner than if you had. All the other reviews enable this type of situation. Take pride in what you do. Regardless if its just a storage container. Pretend it was something someone possibly could  call home. Rather for a night or a month. Quality should not be forgotten to focus on quantity.

STOP ENABLING THIS BEHAVIOR
One gets more than they pay for if its the  standard. Accept less...get more of less.

Second time staying here while on a road trip to North Idaho from Jacksonville Beach Florida. I got lucky and found this place last year while on the same annual road trip.
The staff cannot be any nicer or more accommodating.

Very nice clean campground with friendly staff to assist you to your site. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Case in point: When we arrived, we were told that they were going to put us in a different site so that everyone would not be packed in together. Our new site was in a much better location than the one we had reserved.

We are self-contained, so I didn't visit the bathhouse or the cottages, but everything seems in place and well kept.

There is a playground up front for the kids of all ages to play.

Full hookups available with 50 amp service on several sites.

My husband and I loved staying here. We stayed for 6 months here through the winter into spring after we got a referral from another park who said our camper was too old. And if you’re someone with a newer RV, the older models are kept in a different section in the back so you get the best of both worlds! As someone who travels full time, this is by far one of the best we’ve stayed at.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the long term residents are a joy. Everyone minds their business but will still wave and smile if you’re passing by.

Beautiful grounds and views that feel secluded, even though you’re right off the interstate and in walking distance to the dirt track. I took some great moon photos staying here with how clear the night skies were!

I’d recommend this place to anyone coming down for the races, as well as any full time camper dwellers looking for a new spot. They have great rates, lots of nearby trails and parks, and only about 20 minutes away at most from everything you’d need.

Great little spot! Couldn't be more helpful or friendlier. They accept Passport America as long as there is no race going on. Sites are level and gravel. We arrived just ahead of some severe weather and we were assured there was a safe shelter right across from our camp site. We passed the night safely and reassured.

We stayed here during the 2022 Ice Bowl at Talladega. We brought our 50 amp 5th wheel. The staff welcomed us upon arrival and was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We camped here for the Talladega race this past weekend. Michael, Jeanine and their staff did everything possible to make our stay a good one. They would deliver fire wood and ice to your camp site. They had 3 vans transporting campers to and from the speedway. Jeanine had arranged a 50/50 raffle, raffles on gift baskets and also a raffle for a free stay at the campground for one of next year’s races. There was also a live band Saturday night!  Everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely be back at this campground and highly recommend it to anyone passing through Alabama.

This place is awesome!  It’s a very well maintained, quiet (even during race week) and clean park.  The owners are super friendly and helpful.  The shuttle to/from the track was a nice bonus and they even have firewood and ice delivery if you need it.  Free breakfast, a band on Saturday night, what more could you ask for?  We had full hookups with good water pressure and a level site.  We had a great time here and will be back again for race week in the spring!
