Wife and I wanted to get away. Found this place and it is wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Soda machines, pool, wonderful little store. Great trout fishing, literally out the back door. Docks for your boat. What made it the best though was the owners and staff. So, down to earth and helpful. Fine folks that I would be honored to call friends. My wife even got a nickname “the key lady.” Thank you guys. Go check it out…

Hidden gem in the Branson area. The trout fishing here is fantastic. We had Bill as a guide and he had us catching fish all day. Clean rooms and a nice pool area. Doesn’t get better than this!

Been going here 15 yrs. Used to awesome place. But now it’s more of a slum rental with all the rooms being booked with pet owners on a monthly bases. Can’t sleep with the dogs. Pet hair everywhere. It’s cheaper by the month for the slum than by the night for real customers. Have to watch everywhere you step for dog crap. Docks are now full of spider webs. And had a case of bed bugs. Such a sad decline from the original owners pride.

This place has become our home away from home. It is so relaxing and peaceful. The new owners have updated and given the place so much TLC. They strive to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. We felt like we were welcomed with open arms, and they appreciated our time spent there. We have booked several more trips throughout the year. The dock is beautiful to sit on and fish, relax while watching the water, read a book listen to music. We even played some music and did some slow dancing as the sun was setting down there, very romantic. Location is great not far from Branson or Table Rock, but just enough so that you feel like you're secluded. It is so beautiful, peaceful relaxing and soothing. Everyone in the staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell that they generally enjoy being here doing what they're doing and look forward to your visits.

We will never stay here again. We have been coming here for 8 years never had trouble with the old owners and management. We loved this place however we pulled in last night was In room 15 minutes when we realized there was bed bugs all over the walls an on bed. we called manager she came down and lied to our faces about it knowing there was bed bugs however she did move us across the parking lot to a condo an low an behold it had bed bugs too. Thankfully I was able to get ahold of Tanglewood resort an she put us in a room for the night an then got us another room. she even took all our clothes we striped off before we came to reom an she ran them thru high powered dryer 2 times to make sure we didn't carry any with us. I highly recommend Tanglewood resort. very disappointed in taneycomo lakefront resort

New owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. They are working to update/redecorate the rooms. Great location and nice boat ramp. Bait and tackle shop is now open all day. Definitely the place to stay for a fishing trip. We will be coming back!

This used to be one of my favorite places in Branson. I stayed here every chance I got when the awesome family owned it before this lot. They made me feel like family and I won’t ever stay there again and that is sad. It’s just too much to see the condition they’ve let it fall into and the service is just so much worse. I wish it was like it used to be. No okqce for me anymore that’s for sure.

Stayed 1 month in the RV park - the owners and all employees have been wonderful, friendly and helpful in any way possible. It is under new ownership and they are working to recover from the neglect of previous ownership. They have been painting and remodeling every day for the month we have been here. Beautiful setting right on the lake with wonderful fishing dock and boat access (ramp and dock) that is an easy walk from rooms or RV park. You can tell it is a little run down and older, but they are working hard to change that with more than a little coat of paint. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! I will come here again if back in the area. -- only negative is the road coming in is county road in need of major repaving (not their fault)

My parents and I have stayed here plenty of times in the past. Here recently my parents went back and ended up cutting there stay short. Taneycomo resort has new owners and they are rude and don't know anything about customer service. My father had bug bites on him after sleeping 1 night here. He told the management about the bedbug problem but, she just ignored him. They refused to give my parents another room so my parents left after 1 night that was suppose to be a 7 night stay. My parents said it's not the same place The old manager Jodi knew how to treat her customers right and the owners Cheryl and Terry were always friendly and knew how to make their guests comfortable Warning I wouldn't stay here. We won't be returning to this hell hole.
