I was very impressed with the resort and my camping spot. The other place (nearby) was no comparison in cleanliness, the hook ups and the spot itself. The staff was very helpful and the pull through sites are fairly level. The site was a little smarter than I expected, but it worked out for the dog pens and our car just fine. The bathrooms were clean and the place is very quiet at night. Would stay there again.

A wonderful RV experience.  This is the best RV park/ resort ive ever spent a month at. Beautiful pool,and spa. I admit. I try and find faults in anything,  but nothing will be perfect - but this park tops my list by a noticeable longshot.

Stated they had a hot tub which was why we came but it was not available. But your still paying full price. Lots a very narrow and not a fan of the small rocks outside the steps those got everywhere.

We stayed 2 nights over the weekend in mid-October.  It was our first time in Acton and the location was in a good location.  We have been in Palmdale and Lancaster before.  This RV resort is well kept, bathrooms were clean, and we used the jacuzzi.  It is very secure with a locked gate.  We were worried at first that the sites were close together.  The customers and staff were nice and the place was quiet.  The only concern was that the office closes at 4 pm and luckily, the office was able to reach me since we were running a little late & I didn’t know that they close at 4 pm.

*This is NO Resort*  We planned to stay here a year due to working in the AV (home is in Alabama), we didn't make it 6 weeks.  It was as if we were living back at home with strict parents; the unnecessary nit-picking, numerous calls to our place of employment to notify us that we were seen speeding through the park on numerous occasions (completely untrue), telling us that we need to make sure that we notify shippers of our site number because they don't want the drivers coming in and asking where sites are - which we did immediately upon moving in (I looked on the package as soon as I arrived home and it clearly had our site number on the package) - the management was borderline harassing us.  I came through the gate one afternoon "slowly" making my way around the corner (the entrance is on somewhat of a hill, so you need to accelerate to move the truck up),  the assistant manager coming down the opposite side of the road in her cart with her dog waving for me to slow down,  I quickly (and in shock) looked at the speedometer which showed I was going 6 mph (an idle roll in a large diesel truck, a slow walking pace). Once we passed each other she did a quick u-turn and started following me to try and intimidate me, so I stopped - she drove up to my window to tell me that I was going 7 mph and speeding through the park and needed to slow it down.  I didn't know how to respond to her it was so ridiculous and unnecessary.  This is one of many times we were spoken to. I have seen the assistant manager several times going up and down each row looking/inspecting each and every site, front and back of  each rig looking for something to call out. It wasn't until the calls started at my place of employment that we began looking for other options for the year that we found several nearby RV parks that were half the cost, twice the space size, clean grounds, offering much more with bike and walk paths, pools, and a much friendlier staff; just a happier place to be.  We are good people, we drive safe, we respect others, we are quiet, we follow rules, work long hours all week and just want to come home and relax.   It wasn't just us, several people in the 6 weeks we stayed voiced their frustration as well. We paid $1350/month for a very small site (all sites are on top of each other), you have freeway noise, and we had harassment from the management - this is no "Resort".  Our reason for leaving was solely due to the unnecessary management nit-picking - the size of the sites, the closeness of the sites, the freeway noise we would have tolerated, and the admin girls that work in the office were pleasant and helpful. We only received a portion of our refund owed to us - so my suggestion is look around and do your research before committing. There are other parks nearby that offer more and half the cost, and you'll look forward to going home at the end of the day.

I wish I didn't have to move the RV for 2 weeks every 6 months. But otherwise it's fabulous. I wish LA County allowed them to fill my propane on site but that has nothing to do with Resort. The Resort staff have been more than helpful and more than wonderful. It's a lovely area. It's a lovely RV Resort. And I feel safe which is important.

It is a place to park the camper while we visit family. There is no playground, just a pool. It is not a "resort" by any means. It does have all your very basic needs - full hook ups, most sites have a cement pad. It takes quite a bit to level the RV on the upper sites, which means bring an extra step so you can get up to the first RV step if you are under 6'!

We stayed here for two weeks end of August/ September. The park is gated, with a pool, laundry room, clubhouse, and gym. The campground is located on a hill, with paved grounds and concrete pads. Site are clean and level- however, we had an extremely hard time fitting our 41ft rig, let alone our truck. Office staff was super nice and understanding of any situations, along with communicative.

This is one of the best RV park you can stay around Palmdale, CA. I had seen many parks around and they looked very unorganized and not gated. Thus park is one of the safest place to stay. Very good staffs, they arrange your mails/packages by name and keep them separate for you to easily find them. And the views are amazing from the park. we loved this park. We stayed here for 4 months during summer, it was surprisingly full and we would definitely come back to stay here.

I was going to write a good review but after talking to the manager things went south.
I stayed at the resort for 2 months, December and January and before my second month started, I went to talk to the manager on the 27th in the am to explain that I may not stay for the entire 2nd month. 
So I ask her what would be best since I was not sure when my company was asking me to report to my new location, she was very helpful and said the best is to pay for a whole month through the 27th of January and any difference she said she would just prorate back to my credit card.
Well to my SUPRISE when I called @ 9.55 am on the 24th she explained that I would only get back $50.00 after charging me $1175.00 for the 30 days. I'm sure she will say she explained that to me but she did not! Just for the math 30 days divided by $1175.00 is $39.16 per day. they owe me for a minimum of $39.16 per day for 4 days as she explained this = 156.64 NOT $50.00 They are trying to short me out of $106.64.

Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody's looking.


Excellent place. Very clean and orderly. We stayed for four months over winter. Quiet site, nice pool and they also have laundry, excersise room etc.

Friendly and helpful staff.  Miraculously maintained.  Not a lot to do for little kids.  Very fast Wi-Fi, close enough to stores, gas stations.  $800.00 a month - worth it!!

My family had a very lovely stay here. The staff was so kind and courteous; they even went above and beyond to find us the perfect site (we are a little picky). The park was really nice in design and gave an elegant and whimsical feel, which was very relaxing. Everything was nicely maintained and the facilities were always clean. They had some great amenities for the cost of the park. I enjoyed the activities and events they held, it really made the night for all of us. 
This is a very lovely park, well resort, and they do make sure you have a relaxing visit.

When renting a space be sure that you aren't on one of the top slabs - otherwise you'll pay hell to get out. Check it out before putting your RV in a space. Very quiet, clean, friendly staff. Great laundry facilities. You don't meet anyone because most people are working. But its also gated community and safe. Palmdale, Lancaster has alot of shopping. Acton is a cozy farming community.
