Pool wasn't open and neither was the hot tub. No activities. Everything seems to be unkempt, for a very long time. Needs full time care. And someone that is there full time in the office. This place, has so much potential. Hope someone buys it and puts money into it to bring it's potential, could be so much more!!

Loved it, it was off season (we were pretty much the only people there) so the park wasn't fully operational, the pool/rec center/store wasn't open etc. But we got full hook up with power & sewerage. They have a nice looking pool (which is usually open in summer), a boat launch (as it sits on the bank of the Colorado river). I bet place rocks in Spring & summer. Linda (who was looking after the place), was lovely. Will definitely go back.

Run down. Lots of spider webs, gnats. It's good if you are making a stop for the night but staying here past that I wouldn't. The first space we booked was not suitable for our slide although I gave all the slide information ahead of our arrival. So I called the after hours number to see if we can move to another spot and the lady who answered , Linda sounded like I was bothering her. Without giving me an opportunity to say why I was calling she said she left my check in stuff on the door I politely acknowledged and thanked her for that but was actually calling about the space and she said to pick any open space she didn't care where we parked. I just thought it was rude but no biggie. More importantly as far as leveling out your rig the grass is overgrown and unleveled so we were uneven. Bathroom were old, the faucets were rusted out, it was fairly clean. I would recommend staying on the south side of the park furthest away from the freeway. You will hear the big rigs all night. Sad to see the River was dried out for the most part. The boat ramp has full vegetation which tells me it hasn't seen water in a long time.

Linda is amazing! The staff that work's for her are lazy, and don't even work a hour day. The place is run down, shower's are dirty and don't work. We love the location. Just need's alot of work, and staff that will work. Lot of trailer park trash living for free, not working. The place need's a huge makeover!!

Oasis in the Desert! After hours of travel through the desert, it was nice to pull into this green oasis right by the Colorado River. I had spoken with the manager(?) about our arrival time, asking her to leave our paperwork on the door - which she did. Easy in and out. After setting up, we got a phone call from home; instead of staying several days, we had to leave early the next morning. No chance to scope out amenities. I left a message for the office that we had to leave early. We were treated to a beautiful sky that night.

The resort looks nice, well kept on the outside. The showers are grossly unkept, filthy and the water backs up and is brown. They know there are deveral skunks roaming near campers at night but refuse to live trap and remove them. The office/ store is usually unmanned so you have to call a phone number but the number on their own resort info is not the correct number. The power boxes lose power suddenly. And the washers don't clean anything.

I use to spend summers here...this place is so run down, Sammy & Linda there have ran this place to the ground. $45 for DAY USE and you CANNOT even launch your boat. There are plenty of other nice places on the river and plenty of free beaches. Not to mention there is a pool but its dark green, mosquito breeding ground. I hope whoever is buying this place gets rid of the trash running it and gives it a full renovation

Easy after hours checkin! Clean facilities, well maintained sites, lovely scenery with the river, birds, palm trees. I left something behind + called the office # posted, quick response, easy to work with. Great experience for a last minute find !

5/9/25-DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!!!!!! This is a good one to let all know what is going in here. My son pulled in at 0130, noone was available to speak with at the office. Office personal showed up at their RV about 0830, pleasantly asking for rent, my son had to transfer funds, etc. they were aware he was having difficulty with the transfer. By 1100, they told him they needed the money right then, or they were calling the sheriff. At 1130, they threw my son and his family out when my son handed them the money., again telling them they were calling the sheriff. The manager at this campground that my son was in dire need of sleep and was having an episode of extremely swollen feet from driving so much. The had no time to get sleep, rest or shower at the camp ground before taking their money and throwing them out, threatening them with calling the police ( I think my son should be calling the police on them). This is a case of highway robbery, and my sonand family are still without rest or even had a chance to explore their facility. WE ARE CALLING THE SHERIFF BUT IM SURE THERE IN KAHOTS WITH EACH OTHER.

The best things I can say is it’s on the Colorado River, it’s quiet, and it was easy to get to. Never seen a place that doesn’t take advantage of a river front location. This place doesn’t! There is a huge high pressure gas line. We were put in the middle of a dried out lawn. There are many broken down trailers parked around the property. Not one of my favorite.

We booked this online. Although we didn’t see anyone, the confirmation allowed us to find our site. The hook ups didn’t look very good, but functioned and the water was good. We did not feel the place was at all a good value. Most of the outdoor furniture, structures and landscaping we saw was in bad shape and the (long term) travel trailer next to us was absolutely filthy. For $80 total to camp, we felt it should be better.

Quiet (except for hwy noise), clean (at least in January mid week during quartzite event. Check the electricity before unhooking as our first spot had a dead plug. Good overnight. Not my favorite in the area.

Big park right by the Colorado River, boat launch, nice size spaces. Park has been here a while and much more night time noise then I would have expected, but all in all OK place to stay.
