The Creeks Golf & RV Resort

So I get this email on August 11th stating there is a summer special going on. I call the pro shop and ask them about it, guy says to show him the email when I show up for my tee time and he would honor the discount. I show up and show them the email and they give me grief, specifically some bald headed guy (maybe the owner?). He says the discount was for the week of August 10th only. I said well the guy told me to bring up the email and I specifically set a tee time for August 21st, the guy who setup my tee time never mentioned the discount was for that week only. Shoot, the guy didn't even seem aware of the email when I booked the tee time, which is why I think he said to show him the email when I showed up and they would honor it. Now, the bald guy did mention I could get the discount, which is good, but then he made a comment on the side about the discount only being for the week of August 10th and to check the fine print of the email. Well, here is the email attached, you tell me how you would interpret this email. It says Tuesday - Friday, but never mentions an end date. I assumed it was a summer deal (hints the term summer deal in the email) that could only be used Tuesday - Friday (for the rest of summer). So I called and scheduled a tee time the following Friday, and the guy told me to show him the email and he'd honor it. Then, I sort of made a confused face with the bald guy's side comment about the expiration date and fine print of the email. I was going to say I don't see what he's seeing, but I was going to let it go since he said I could have the discounted rate. Then he said, what, what do you have to say? Like, c'mon man, don't talk to people like that, and especially a dude who is just trying to play some golf. I wasn't irate, I was as chill as a cucumber and the dude seemed like he was looking for a fight with that comment. I just said I don't see what you are saying in the email about an expiration date. He also made another side comment about it not being that hot that day, like he was implying that because it wasn't as hot that day I shouldn't even get the "beat the heat" discount. Like, I can't control the weather, it was hot when you sent the promotion email, I called and made a tee time, and then the weather changed. I don't know, this guy seemed managerial, or like he was the owner, so I'm inclined to believe this is the holistic attitude of the whole place. He just irked me with how he was looking for a fight, when I was genuinely confused at his first comments about the discount only being for the previous week since the email doesn't mention an end date, or like a "this week only" kind of thing.

We travel full time in our RV and have family in NWA we visit at least once a year. In the past, we were unable to stay here due to their MINIMUM length rule (which we have never seen at any other RV park in our four years of RVing across the US). We were in a bigger rig this year so we did book a site. When we arrived, they had messed up our reservation and didn't know we were coming. The email said our packet would be on the door, but there was nothing there and the doors were locked. A golf course employee saw us sitting there and came over to help. From our whole stay, it's very apparent that nearly all of their time and energy goes into the golf side and not the RV park. There were many pieces of trash in the decorative pond the entire time we were there. We saw a man mowing and spraying for weeds but never saw any other employees in the RV park the entire time we were there. There are a lot of full time residents in the park (which is great!) but it's apparent many of them lack any RV park etiquette. I watched people drive backwards down the one way streets all day, every day. The spot next to us was empty for a few days and people walked and drove through it as if it were a street. When someone occupied the site, one neighbor still walked through the site every night to go to the showers. The site met our needs - full hook-ups, close to town, and safe. But if you are looking for an "RV resort" or a park with rules that are enforced and the grounds are kept up, this isn't it.

After reading the description of, “ We are the 4 state area’s finest and Northwest Arkansas’s only true RV “Resort” we were so disappointed. The campsite we were given had about 10’ between our motorhome and an old camper that had insulation all around it. That was our view. We asked to be moved, but the majority of the campers are long term so it was difficult to find anywhere where we could sit outside and enjoy a nice view. Obviously, the management does not enforce keeping the campground clean and neat. Sites are very close together, no tables, and our sewer doesn’t have a cap. Obviously, the golf course is the priority! Never again! We will stay in Fayetteville. It’s worth the drive!

This has been a great resort. We really have enjoyed our time here. We enjoy watching the golfers go by. They have a lot of activities for golf (Championship course, driving range and virtual golf. They have a pro shop and restaurant. They host live events as well as golf competitions. There's not a pool here, but there is a stocked catch and release pond. The RV park is clean and quiet. Lots of friendly long termers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Resort Experience in the Heart of the Ozarks! The Creeks RV Resort in Arkansas is not just an RV park—it’s a full-scale destination. If you’re looking for a place that combines resort-level amenities with stunning natural surroundings, this one absolutely delivers. Set on 200 acres in the beautiful Osage Valley, the views alone make this place worth the stay. Rolling hills, water features, and wide-open space give it a peaceful, upscale feel from the moment you arrive. The sites are spacious with full hookups, and everything is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Whether you’re staying short-term or longer, it feels comfortable and high-end. What really separates this place is the amenities and atmosphere: 18-hole championship golf course right on-site Clubhouse with restaurant, bar, and gathering space Fishing, walking areas, and scenic water features Resort-style setting with room to relax and unwind It’s also perfectly located in Northwest Arkansas—close to everything, but still tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. Whether you’re a golfer, full-timer, or just passing through, this place feels like a destination, not just a stop.

I stayed at this RV park from March 30 to April 10, 2025 and it was not an enjoyable experience. I was in the process of relocating to NWA for work and needed to stay in our Airstream for a couple of months while my daughter finished school back home before her and my wife joined me here. I made a two month reservation and when I arrived late in the day on Sunday, March 30 found that my assigned spot was occupied. I went to the office and was told I had been reassigned to another spot. When I arrived at the new spot I found that it was next to a rundown unit that was surrounded by clutter and junk. I went back to the office and asked about it and he said he knew which unit it was and he agreed it was unsightly. I asked if I could be assigned a spot that bordered the golf course and he said they are more expensive and I agreed to pay the extra ~$200 a month. He said management didn’t prefer monthly tenants be at those spots, but it should be okay for just two months (note, there are several monthly tenants in those spots). While I was working that week I began getting text messages from the RV park manager that I needed to relocate because my unit did not meet their 30’ minimum for those spots. Exchanges with that assistant manager were professional on both ends, but she was very persistent as she said the owner was insisting I move. I began ignoring the texts as I found the ask to be unreasonable and excessively persistent. I would be gone in six weeks at this point, so the situation would resolve itself. They later held a package of mine in their office forcing me to interact with them. When I did the general manager angrily confronted me demanding to know why I wouldn’t move. He did so in an aggressive way which was concerning (yelling at me like a child). I left the office and called another RV park in Gentry, relocating that evening. The RV park manager said she would prorate my rent. When I called about the proration she said she changed me to a nightly rate since I only stayed 12 days and charged me nearly what I agreed to pay for a full month. I thought proration of my monthly rate was more appropriate considering the circumstances. Aside from the harassment and aggressive outbursts by management, the RV park is very congested with sites only several feet from each other (you get to listen to your neighbor flush), the bathrooms are not kept clean, the laundry machines run off tokens not coins (charging twice as much as is reasonable), and the propane refill rates are excessively expensive. The property has a lot of potential and they are making investments that are improving it significantly. I would suggest a renewed focus on customer service and experience to maximize the benefit of those investments. Good luck in the future.

Nice golf course, friendly staff. But some of the grounds crew has no common courtesy between mowing up close and walking around in the fairway when people are on the tee box. I get there’s work to do but have a little courtesy to the people that spend $50-$80 to enjoy a round a golf.

Beautiful quiet campground, though depending on your site may hear some traffic am and pm as it's near a 2 lane busy road. Right on the golf course with views of small pond and small dog park island in it. Bathrooms super clean. 2 washer and dryers get the job done. Wifi is pretty good, occasionally slow for short periods. Concrete pads level. Easy access to downtown Bentonville 10 min. Didn’t catch his name, but the young man at the clubhouse/check in that's there every day is super friendly and polite! Will Definitely come here again!

Awesome place. Plenty of room for our 41 foot rv towing. Sunset was spectacular.

We anticipated a resort on a golf course only to find a long term stay rv park. Disappointed because it has potential to be a resort on a golf course. Entering and exiting is a challenge due to blind spot in the roads and lack of signage. Many sites have permanent residents and is evident by multiple vehicles per site(some inoperable and parked on the grass), storage units, tarps, decks attached to units, small business signs posted in lawns, and small sites with no tables. One resident had his motor coach extending out in the drive making it a challenge for us to pull out of our spot. Rules are obviously not enforced and it is ruining what could be a destination resort as the name leads you to believe. If you are needing a place to stay for extended periods such as employment leads you here, then this is it. If your vacationing, I would consider other places.

The positive: sites are long enough for a 40' 5th wheel and truck. Location is convenient to all the sights. Full hookup is great. Wi Fi was good. The cons: site was not level. Alot of full timers. So many sites had 2 or more vehicles. They start leaving for work around 6:30 so forget sleeping in. For $65 a night, it's overpriced. No picnic table, not well maintained and rules are not enforced. The web sight states nothing over 10 yrs old and less than 30' (not sure I understand that), but they had both.

8-11-23 Update: About $61 a night after taxes and Good Sam discount - a good value for FHU paved sites with nice grassy areas btw sites. The golf course was open and looked great! 2 years ago: This was a very good place to stay. Ample space and nice grass btw sites, paved fairly wide roads. A very pretty setting off of a golf course (which was in very bad shape). If you stop by, be sure to go into historic DT Bentonville and check out Compton Gardens, WalMart Museum and Crystal Bridges!

Wasn't thrilled with this "resort" when we first got there, but it grew on us as the week went on. Pull through lots, no picnic tables or grills, A LOT of full time live-ins. Was quiet and since our "patio" faced the pond, we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets across the water and golf course. Staff is nice and they offer military discounts. Full hookups. Would go there again if I wanted an inexpensive stay for our 44ft 5th wheel.

Stayed 5 nights in a 5th wheel. FHU and cable, concrete pads were not level and the sites were a bit tight and no picnic table. We were opposite the pond that was very green with algae, didn't use the laundry but checked out the restrooms. The trash can between the restrooms was over flowing with garbage on the ground around it. The restrooms themselves were rather nasty - not clean and in need of an update. Road noise was loud as well as the permanent guests that leave around 6am every morning - including a dump truck that parked behind us. Overall, not somewhere I would camp at again.

Lots of improvements and infrastructure updates currently in progress. Can't wait to splay again in the spring!
