Next to a golf course, one round a day included. The clubhouse has The Sand Trap bar and grill. Great food just 5 walking minutes away. Get the pizookie for desert, it's amazing.

I was looking for RV park near Madera and I found this place This is perfect for golfer right beside good golf course you can walk to golf This RV park is so clean and quiet the nice office people and residents and good security Only not satisfied is the tight RV site no space for extra tent check satellite view for reference I stayed for a month

Nice facility. Pool and hot tub. Golf. Paved concrete pull through RV sites. Attendants were very professional and friendly. There was a lot to do. The only thing we did not care for was sewer hookup being in a muddy area because of it raining. It needs some gravel down over the dirt.

Great easy stop on hwy 99, beautiful Park, private gated entrance, free golf with stay and a great restaurant on site, with pool and Jacuzzi from May thru September...

Very nice RV park. Nice people. Had a lake side spot. Also enjoy the free round of golf with a night stay.

We stopped here for just a night. It was a perfect off the interstate stop. I did like that each site had a tree for a little shade. And the price was great!

Great place. Clean park. Level pads. Everyone's super nice. Front desk chick (cant remember her name im sorry lol) is aammaazzziinngggg. I didn't use the laundry or bathroom facility's but they were there. Pool too. Behind a secured gate so feels super safe. (You get a gate clicker) Pay a little extra and get free rounds of golf at the course attatched. Will try to take advantage of that next time as we will be back! Nice grocery store not even 5 mins down the road, fuel a little further. Didn't refill propane so not sure about that. Great place.

Need to clean the place up! Duck poop everywhere, pond circulation/fountain non op. Pool closed for sanitation issues. Bathrooms/shower are great. No on-site store or restaurant but Sandtrap grill only a 5 minute walk. 3 stars.

This is not a hotel, it is a RV resort. It has beautiful grounds, lakes and pools and a golf course. It is expensive, but a beautiful place to stay.

This place is precision perfect, it must be run by a drill sergeant. It is totally manicured and clean. Check in is painless. Our spot had no table but it had two really comfortable chairs. There’s lots of walking for the dogs and a small park, all clean.

We've stayed here a couple of times, and we love this place. Security gates, concrete pads, and full hookups. The wifi was better the first time we stayed, but it was good enough to stream movies. We'll definitely stay again on our way home to Washington.

We stayed here in the RV Park for two weeks. We were in a pull in site facing west and the lake. It is a quiet and gorgeous park and everything worked great. Water pressure was a little lower than usual (30 psi). Staff were welcoming and accommodating and even let us know when they were going to have to shut down power to fix a breaker in another site. We had dinner at the grill one night and that was good too. We didn’t use pool, hot tub, or laundry room, but they are available. It’s a gated park and you get a fob to come in as needed. We really loved our stay here.

Overall an excellent RV Park. Back-in site was paved but power posts are too far forward for my 50 Amp cord to reach. Nice dog park too.

Stayed one night in our RV on the way from Southern to Northern California during February 2022. Facility was clean, offered full hookups including cable. Price was $42 with an AARP discount. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities (laundry, pool, jacuzzi, golf). They offer a free round of golf when you stay here - no doubt as an incentive to get you to join the golf club and/or buy one of the RV spaces. Our space (#5) was right on Robertson Boulevard under a high power street lamp. There was a lot of street noise and even though we were a mile away from highway 99, we still heard a lot of freeway and train traffic noise. Overall a good place to stay - especially if you want to golf or use the amenities. If I stayed again, I'd try to get a space in the back of the RV park away from Robertson Boulevard.
