Wish could give zero stars. Charge you $45 to cancel your reservation right after you make it 48 hours prior and it’s over 2 weeks away.  their tricky cancelation  policy reads 72 hours and 100%with complex wording then scroll down further where it states they keep $45 dollars. Also we did not know we would t even be allowed to stay there with an electric vehicle to stay in. So we were not allowed to use our reservation either and they canceled and kept $45. Wow. It’s no wonder people lose their minds. Gosh must feel so good to be you black oak rv park!

Nice park, great sites but they don't seem to have rules, or enforce them, when it comes to loud music and kids racing around on scooters, bikes, electric motor cycles, and golf carts.  And, the kids' parents here don't seem to care that their kids are racing their bikes, scooters, and motorcycles through other guests' sites.  It's downright dangerous to walk or drive through this park.  I get kids need to play but this is just plain crazy!  Perhaps they need a separate family section and adults only section.  Jackson Rancheria is way more enjoyable!

Love the hot tub! Clean park level spots.  Always love our time here. Dog and kid friendly

Wonderful place for the whole family! Has everything, showers,laundry and full hookups. The fishing pond has trout, Bass and catfish. Water park for kids and young  at heart, swimming pool and hot tub. Black Oak casino and RV has it all. Even a large convenient store.

While we have visited Black Oak Casino many times, this is our first stay in the RV Park.  Clean, quiet, and well maintained with shade trees and concrete pads. Pool, play grounds and a small lake in addition to the normal stuff like showers, etc. There is a shuttle service to and from the RV Park.  Dog friendly. We will be back!

We had my stepdaughter’s 16th birthday party at Black Oak Lanes, and it was a total hit! 🎉🎳 The staff was super accommodating and made everything really easy, which I appreciated since we had a mix of teens and younger kiddos in the group. The automatic bumpers and ball ramps were perfect for the little ones, and the older kids had a blast during glow bowling—it felt like a party all on its own with the lights and music! 🎂✨ Everyone left happy (and a little sugar-fueled from the snacks), and we’ll definitely be back. Such a fun, clean, and family-friendly place to celebrate!

Clean resort style amenities and friendly staff.   From casino to the drivers.  Grounds were clean and tidy.  Watch out at night for cockroaches near the sewer drains and water lines.  Had to double check everything before we left.  There was a lot.  But we will be back for sure.  Lots to do to keep kids entertained!

This place has it all. While we were there, a strong freak spring storm came through dumping about 6 inches of snow one night, and the power never went down. We did have a lot of issues with the TV cable service, though, but that was on the provider and not the parks' fault. Great gas station and general store on site, plus casino and trampoline park. They are also in the process of building a huge pool and water park. Sonora is just a  few miles away and has everything from major shopping to great restaurants to eat at. My wife and I had a great time.

Very attractive RV Park with all the expected amenities plus a pool, trash pickup twice daily & a free shuttle to the casino. The sites were concrete and level and cable was also available. A gas station on site had the cheapest prices around and has a convenience store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This new RV park is  clean and the staff is very friendly.  They come around twice a day to pick up garbage and the casino shuttle comes though the campsite on a regular basis.  Great pool and club house.  There is bocce ball and horse shoes.  The sites are cement  and most are pull-throughs.

Really liked the rv resort! Very clean, nice level sights with full hookups. Garbage service twice a day. Strong wifi signal. Door to door shuttle service to casino & store. Pool, bocce ball & horse shoe pit. Fishing at the lake but catch & release. Very reasonable rates & military discount.
The casino has a good variety of slot machines.. Unfortunately bowling alley & arcade in the casino is closed due to covid. Some restaurants only open on certain days.Will definitely come back!

This RV park is fantastic we had a quick check in at the front gate wide open spaces nice and clean facility including swimming pool, hot tub, a small Lake even though it was closed for fishing  they also have horseshoes  and a nice Community Center. It's walking distance to the casino they also have a shuttle that runs every half an hour that will pick you up at your spot. The casino has a bowling alley and a Great seafood Buffet on the weekend.
