Nice quiet little place with easy access to the park. Lot was pretty level. There have only one laundry machine but it was the cheapest coin operated machines we've come across which was great. Only complaint was that the single room toilets have an open window missing slats with a too-small curtain right next to the toilet. I literally made eye contact with someone walking up as i sat there. Refused to use it at night
