If your thinking of coming here don't, it's horrible now, the rent for electric and water is ridiculous AND the women who owns it plans on selling the place, so never buy or rent from here, she's just running it into the ground, and to clean your clothes would probably cost like 5 6 dollars in quarters, it's just ridiculous.

The Good: the price $225/week (Stayed 2 weeks) The Bad: 1. The Manager Flies around on his golf cart going out the entrance, almost hits your front end, then instead of apologizing, tries to say you were speeding. 2. People walk around and tape things to your trailer door about longterm tenant events, and even after catching them live on the Camera and asking them to remove it and NOT to do it again, they wave the camera off and walk away. 3. We had to seriously time our Dog Park time to VERY LATE and VERY EARLY, because our BIG boy is still very young and 200lbs and needs to run, and the seniors with there tiny dogs would group together and sit in the small pen smoking and having coffee for ever. This place needs a second Pet Park.

Office personal are very helpful! This park is kept clean keeping each site from looking like a homeless camp. The laundry room and the bathroom are sometimes clean daily.

Nice stop for a reasonable overnight price. Restrooms with free showers were clean. Laundry was 2$/w and 2$/dry. Friendly hosts. AT&T cell service was very good.

Stayed here because Yuma has only a handful of non 55+ sites and super expensive if they aren't. Nice place, easy in and easy out, staff is awesome and very accomodating. Visited Mexico about 40 minutes away to get some dental work done. Also did some hiking while staying here. Nice spacious Pull thru sites and fairly easy to manuver inside the park with a 40' Class A towing a 14' trailer. The site itself was plenty long for both the rig with trailer and an extra car too. FHU site, everything was in working order and placed well for our Rig. There is a train that frequents the area and runs both during the day and night, definitely is noticeable from the rumbling, but no horn at night so I'm sure I missed it a few times during the night when sleeping so not too bad at noise level.
