Stayed here because Yuma has only a handful of non 55+ sites and super expensive if they aren't. Nice place, easy in and easy out, staff is awesome and very accomodating. Visited Mexico about 40 minutes away to get some dental work done. Also did some hiking while staying here. Nice spacious Pull thru sites and fairly easy to manuver inside the park with a 40' Class A towing a 14' trailer. The site itself was plenty long for both the rig with trailer and an extra car too. FHU site, everything was in working order and placed well for our Rig. There is a train that frequents the area and runs both during the day and night, definitely is noticeable from the rumbling, but no horn at night so I'm sure I missed it a few times during the night when sleeping so not too bad at noise level.

You get what you pay. Dusty RV parking lot. Most of the sites are buddy sites with minimum space between the sites. The sites are back to back like a parking lot. With the wind, it can be very dusty. After one month, there was dust everywhere in the RV. Fortunately, there was no RV buddy with us during our one month stay, but there was a RV back to us most of the time. (Hiding sun and view) Positive: Heated pool and interior SPA. Not expensive.

Absolutely recommend this place. As first time RVers a few years ago, they definitely helped to turn our first trip into an awesome experience. So much as we returned the following year and plan on it again. I was absolutely blown away in how hard it was to find an RV park that allowed you to even stay if you were not 55 yrs old or older. They not only welcomed us in but we felt very much at home by the time we left and when returning the following season. The staff is amazing, the people are great, snowbirds and long term residents. We met some amazing friends and some amazing kiddos and remain in contact in off seasons. The kiddos really bring smiles and laughter throughout the park. Very dog friendly, staff always willing to help accommodate requests and open to suggestions. There is always something going on activity wise and if their isn’t you suggest it and you’ll have people together in no time. Thank you guys so very much for making not only our first experience great but returning years as well!!

Extremely nice people in this park. Nice, quiet and clean park. Showers could be better and cleaner but still ok.

Beautiful flowers, nice employees, OK for a short visit, cramped spaces, no view for short terms. Such a waste as beauty is everywhere and none to see. 95% full timers but all very kind.

Love this place. So friendly. Pool open 24 hrs in summer but closes at nite during winter. Hot tub /spa always open. Clea facility's! ❤

Warm pool, friendly owners, wonderful long term neighbors. Was nervous at first about spacing between RVs, but it hasn't made one bit of difference. We thought we would stay a week but ended up staying almost 3 weeks! Great community would stay here again 100%. Dog friendly. Happy that it accepts us younger folk!

Super nice folks, warm pool and hot tub. Wifi worked decently well. Good price. Light sleepers may not appreciate the train that passes on occasion.
