This is our favorite weekend trip, we’ve brought our camper up and also rented cabins. The family friendly events are always so much fun and the vibe is always just right! Close to town and so peaceful on the water. Never change Tiger Run!

Wanted to like it, but didn’t. The positives first, all the residents were super friendly and everyone said hello. Very close to the Colorado trail so great for hiking with our dog. The negatives, some renovations at the clubhouse meant it was out of action when we arrived. After the renovation it was left dirty in the men’s restroom. After 10pm (and before 8am the next morning) our access card didn’t work and we were unable to use the washroom facilities. In the morning I went to the reception to advise them of this and they said there was emergency plumbing work and the water was cut off. I know this was a total lie as a fellow resident did let me in the lounge and I was eventually able to use the restroom. Later that day they posted “emergency notices” for the 10pm - 8am clubhouse/restroom closure. This was the third RV park we stayed in on our Rockies trip and the largest site. The others all had better bathroom facilities, were cleaner and more polite staff. Oh and when you are able to use the restroom it inexplicably had four showers, but just one stall… poorly thought out!

This is a scenic place to stay between Breckenridge and Frisco. The only game in town so take it or leave it and they know it. Sites are great and facilities are good. Stayed here a number of times. As most places like this, service ticks down every year. They spray for bugs and coat the vehicles with an unknown chemical so thick you can’t drive. Their response is to tell you go wash it somewhere. So, you go wash it. The grounds crew comes in and blows sand and leaves all over the vehicle. So, I’ll go wash the sand off and maybe they will move to another site to spray and blow and I can leave. I’ve stayed in a lot of great RV resorts in the last 25 years. This is run more like a KOA than a high dollar resort. Sad.

Plus: Friendly staff, beautiful location, some work to improve dog park Negatives: landscaping maintenance has really deteriorated over the last few years. This used to be such a vibrant 5 star place. Now, grass is turning brown, not mowed with weeds popping through. The flowers were beautiful in the past and now seem a bit neglected. Disappointed in the upkeep. This is not inexpensive to stay here so expect better.

Our stay here on 4/22/25 was great! We were a unique situation where we needed a place to stay the same night we emailed/called. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We also did not fit the bill for the style/size/type of rig that this campground typically allows. We were a lot smaller than what they require, but they were wonderful and made an exception for our one night stay. The clubhouse was great! Bathrooms/showers were clean and well stocked. The swimming pool was clean and they even had classes you could take! They also had the best little arcade that we have seen. There was pin ball machines, pop a shot, racing and shooting games, claw machines and a Pong game. The conference room was being worked on, but the office space was nice. Location wise, this was only about 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and about the same to the nearest Walmart. Highly recommend staying here.

The property is nice it is nice to have a pool & hot tubs after a long day sking. I wish the amenities were kept a little nicer. Hot tubs always have an issue. The laundry is new, but guests don't take care & clean up after themselves. The RV sites & roads throughout were great. Cute little merch. shop in registration. We love this place and will continue to come back! ❤️

Staff was by far the best thing, they let me ask questions and do bag drop off whenever I deemed fit, even sometimes before they opened so I could go snowboard. The place is absolutely beautiful and so serene with dim lights and silence. The room I got was from airbnb and while I had a little trouble with the host, one of their actual staff came and helped me out immediately. The room was also definately more than adequate for the price and just overall comfortable. Once again thanks to the staff if you see this you’re the best keep doing your thing.

Staff were good at helping me resolve a problem. Other than a small booking issue, 5 stars for an RV park - I would definitely rate 9 of 10. Great indoor pool, 24 hour laundry, arcade, fitness and lounge. Recommend this place to anyone skiing or doing winter activities around Breck, Keystone, Frisco, Dillon, etc…

We had a great stay over the weekend. Awesome location just north of breckenridge, just far away from the crowds but close enough for a short drive into town. Views combined with the rustic cabin atmosphere made for a fun and cozy stay. Amenities such as the pool/hot tub/parking up front were a huge plus, and the cabin we stayed in (Foxtrot 45) had everything we needed (i.e supplies/linens). Would recommend!

Beautiful property and nice amenities, great views! Easy check in/out process, good location for several ski areas. Loved that we never had to worry about water freezing for our RV even though temps got into the single digits. Would stay here again!

The staff and facilities here are very nice. Great location on the out-skirts of Breckenridge, with a bus stop into town a short walk away. We got an RV site and there is a strict criteria to fit to be allowed to stay there. Staff did confirm that we fit the criteria before we arrived but things were pretty once we got there. All the hookups worked great and it was a pleasant experience overall.

From the moment I called I knew this would be a good place. The lady was so friendly and helpful. The place is secure. Well maintained and beautiful. Paved roads. Cement pads for parking our RV. The clubhouse was clean and beautiful for showering like a spa. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed in Colorado. Will come back in the future. Thank you!
