These people are liars and will take your money and leave you on read for months. They will not fix anything they promised to fix and all of a sudden no one you’ve ever spoken to works there anymore and they have no number for management.

Timberline homes is horrible and they lie and give you nothing they promise. We have asked for issues to be resolved for 4 months and made false promises and denied the number to corporate or a resolution. Someone needs to call us and make this right since no one we have ever dealt with works there any longer apparently. This is RIDICULOUS!

Poorly made home, was so excited for our new home, and am now stuck with all the repairs. Multiple structural and plumbing issues and I’ve been moved in for less than 6 months. I have put in multiple service requests, just for them to randomly send out someone to fix the less concerning issues. You shouldn’t have so many issue from a new home that they delivered. Very disappointed, should have spent my money elsewhere.

He made everything feel smooth and straightforward—no pressure, no runaround, just honest answers and clear communication. I walked away with exactly what I wanted, plus a few great upgrades like a back porch, a digital fridge, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Highly recommend working with Brady if you're looking for someone who truly listens and delivers.

Timberland Homes of Cullman is the worst place I have ever experienced! I have went through 4 managers and every excuse possible as to why house is not finished yet! I have been told they are short handed and Covid! My house has electrical problems, flooring issues, drywall cracks, water won’t drain in shower and my ceiling is has leaks and etc! Now I guess I will file a lawsuit against them for not fixing these problems after 2 years! Now I’m on three years later and my home is not finished and the sixth manager!!! And she promises that my house will get finished!!! Folks run from this place !!! Nothing but problems with there homes and they don’t care !!! They super glued my floors together instead of replacing my entire house like I was supposed to have been told !!And I have plumbing problems all the time because they didn’t install that right!!!!!!

Worst experience purchasing a new home. We paid half of our home up front, but got put on the back burner for setup. We bought our home the first of July, but they didn't start working on our property until September, it was end of October before we were able to move in and our home was from the lot so we were not on a back order. Then we found several things that were missing or needed to be fixed and are still not fixed even though we have called them several times, they don't even talk to us now. We were contacted by the manufacturer to ask how we liked our new home but told them timberline never came back to fix the things wrong, they said they would get them to come fix it, that was 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY from Timberline in Cullman Alabama

Buyer beware, this is not a review on Timberline as a company or Clayton / Buccaneer homes as it is on this branch in particular. My wife and I put a substantial amount of money down on a new Buccaneer in May and since that date we've felt like nothing but an inconvenience to be dealt with. We took delivery in June. We are yet to be moved in as I type this. When it comes to contractors and handling the setup and trim we've only dealt with one that was reliable on time and showed up when they said and completed the work they said they were going to. I am from small town Bibb county Alabama and I realize a man's word and a handshake are antiquated these days but it doesn't take a lot of effort to care about a customer and pick up a telephone. Highly disappointed in customer service. Very happy with our house. Edit note: the number they provide for customer service in their comment below may as well be the number to joe bidens desk. The phone may ring and someone may answer but it will be a string of lies and blame placing and in the end you'll be no closer to figuring out what's going on than before you called.

Played in full for our home over a year ago took 6 months so have it moved then another 1 for it to be set up. Still waiting for the trim work to be fixed and underpinning was cut to short and refuses to stay up. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Definitely would have use someone else had I known a year ago

Absolutely terrible!!! Do yourself a favor and save the headache with this place! Have a new manager every time you turn around. We’ve been waiting on our home that we bought MONTHS ago! Tell you they will return your phone call and never do! We’ve had to make countless trips down there just to get answers. Very rude except for the office ladies! They seem to be the only ones down there willing to work and willing to get things done for you!
