Last time I visited this resort it was about 3 years ago. Just came back to the resort and noticed how different it looks. My stay was great and the residents who are there, are nice and friendly. The park manager Jorge was so helpful with our stay. Thanks for having us at Toby’s !

Lived there 2 months. Jorge Park Mgr was very nice to us. Very professional. I can’t say enough good things about him. The staff is so friendly. Rules are put in place for a good reason. So if there is a complaint about two much security then that’s on you. I want that security. The world has turned very dangerous and I’m not doing anything without the security. Happy days for The Golden’s We will be back!!!!

We love the little town of Arcadia. The resort is pretty nice. The pool is screened in, and the club house seems pretty well maintained. The neighbors were great, too. The bad thing.....The water here smells horrible. That's pretty much the only issue. Our clothes smelled after doing laundry, and when we showered, the steam smelled a bit like cow dung. Time of year? Well water? City water? I'm not sure, but I hope it gets fixed. They do have a building near the pool with a fountain coming out of the top with flowing water. I'm not sure what it is for, but I imagine it's some sort of water pump or filtration thing.
