Very nice and helpful staff. Great little dog park, laundry room, showers, pool table, TV, books and board games. Adjoining the property is a really good Mexican restaurant.

We were delighted to find out that this RV park offered a “Day Pass” costing $45.  It includes dump, fill with potable water, and use of restrooms, laundry, showers and the community room, including exercise equipment. We had been boondocking for 2 weeks and this was just what the doctor ordered.  We expected a flat, gravel parking lot and the typical drive through dump station.  Instead we were assigned a large pull through with full hookups adjacent to the office, recreation facilities, showers and laundry and encouraged to take advantage of all while staying our 4 hours.  I must compliment the management on an exceptionally clean, well laid out park.  It is occupied largely by long term residents, but the temporary sites were flat, easily accommodating our 41’ fifth wheel, with utilities well positioned for access.  There was a concrete pad and picnic table at each site.  There is no official “dog park” but a few areas were available for pet relief provided you clean up after them.  Most residents walk their pets just outside the park in a large, undeveloped area of desert.

The laundry has 5 washers and 10 dryers.  They take quarters only and there is a money changing machine available.  Alternatively one can download an app that can make digital payments.  The washers ONLY take liquid detergent but there is a vending machine for those who use pods or powders to buy liquid detergent. The room is comfortable, with tables and chairs, but one is welcome to use larger tables and more comfortable seating in the adjacent community room.

Longer stays involve a slew of rules that might feel excessive but are designed to provide security for their long term guests.  One “biggie” is a requirement for dna testing of pets costing upwards of $50 and used to identify pets whose owners fail to clean up after them.

This park offers a military discount.

We want to recognize Cathy, a part time manager, who was especially helpful and informative.  She went above and beyond to offer assistance when we needed to stay two nights for a mobile RVtech to fix a malfunctioning slide out.  We would definitely stay here if we were looking for one month to a seasonal location.  The “Day Pass” is a lifesaver for those of us who mostly boondocks.

There is no adequate dog area. There is 1 narrow strip of rock area that has many large antique equipment in it. My dog doesn't do her business in rock. If she did, I would have to also pick up the rocks stuck to her feces & the doggie bags don't accommodate for a large dogs mess & rocks. I recommend removing the rock but they don't care. They don't provide doggie bags either. Not a prob cz I carry but all the other RV parks in Cali & Oregon I have stayed in, all have baggies throughout the park. I was forced to walking out to the front of the park entrance & walking to the back of the park to the field at least twice a day. Not good when it's dark & your dog is doing the pp dance at the door.  Approx 700 feet per potty walk.

Great camp ground.  Friendly, clean, everyone obeys the rules, and the price is right.

This was a great place to stop for a few days. Sites are really setup nicely and pretty level. There is even a roadside Mexican food joint at the entrance, 3 or 4 minute walk from anywhere in the park. Prices are good and the customer service is top-notch. This park will be in our regular rotation going through Arizona. Also found a place with good deals on guns and "warehouse ammo" in Kingman, about 16 miles away. Everyone in the park was super polite and it feels like a big family gathering.

I want to say this is a clean park. We have been in our RV for over five years and have never run into a park that puts you through so much, the paperwork alone is exhausting. But the reason why I only give it one star is for the following.
When you reserve a space they send you tons of paperwork along with hoops you need to jump through, you think you were renting a home. They charge you for a background check $50.00 each person. Be careful of this if it’s $55.00 they will also pull your credit! We had planned on staying longer than a month but we had to change our plans and needed to leave after a month so they did not give back our $100.00 for our background checks. We gave them a week notice and no one said anything, I guess it was in the unending paperwork that neither my husband, nor I saw. I have never ever had a park take the DNA OF MY DOG!!!! Yes I said your dog goes through a DNA test ( cheek swab and all) so if you leave and poop not picked up ( we always pick up after our dog, but I know some people don’t) they send it to be tested and you are fined for it! You are charged $100.00 for the test. We did get that back. I know that all of this should have had bells going off in our heads but you live and learn,  even at our age. Safe  Travels!

I’d like to think my RV is worthy of parking in a desert lot but they don’t, they discriminate against anything older than 2010 and that’s ok, they’re not the kind of people I want to give my money to.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Nice and clean. Very quiet campground with pull throughs and all amenities.

I did not stay there. I used they're dump station and the staff there. It is very friendly. The park looks clean.It seems to be a nice facility.

i give "5 STARS" for th 'Service' because min 5 days a wk wen i VISIT my frnds ther its always clean & wel kept up property, & th location is only 3mins frm my house. GREAT PLACE!!

Lived here 4-5 months. Had a tad more room than other parks I’ve lived at. 4 stars for service because of the laundromat hours, aren’t ideal for me. Kinda far from the big box stores, but there are services for some things a few miles away. Overall, for the money, I’m not complaining and would recommend to review readers.

Great camp ground.  Quiet and clean. Staff very helpful.

Great over night stay, they were able to get us in a a full hookup 50amp pull through site. Office staff was extremely friendly and told us if we had any questions during our stay to give then a call. We used our Passport America pass and was only paid $21 for the night. We will definitely be back on our return trip home.

What a very nice RV Park.  Stopped in for an overnight stay while traveling home but the weather turned very windy and rainy and ended up staying another night. Friendly staff, nice wide level sights, quiet and great views of the various mountain ranges.  Will definitely again if in the area. Donna McCauley

A  excellent place to stay. Ladies in the office are friendly , happy people. People in the park were very helpful.
