Beware… the website is not reflective of current run down state of park. No office, no staff, no facilities other than w/d. Grounds are unmaintained. No security and area seems sketchy..Many trees are dead or dying. It appears to be a resort on the web. It is not. The people who live there were really nice and friendly. If you need a longer time stay to work in Santa Fe this could be an option. UPDATE: the owner has responded that we must be confused as to which park we stayed in. We stayed at Trailer Ranch RV . We had a six week reservation, left after one night due to park conditions. It was Trailer Ranch. I had to ask multiple residents if I was in the right location as it was so unrecognizable from the nice web pics. Not confused. Website does not match reality. Park is neglected and is not a resort. We hear it used to be great.

I have to say we were very sad to learn yesterday that our favorite place to stay is being sold. I don't understand ANY negative reviews. We have stayed at Trailer Ranch for 20+ years and have ALWAYS had a wonderful stay. The family Sandy, Truman, Joanie and her husband have ALWAYS been most accommodating, kind and fun. I realize things change, but it makes us very sad not to have Trailer Ranch available after March 1st. We wish the family well and will cherish all of our years knowing them loving Trailer Ranch. Be well dear friends. Cathy and Rocci Bryan

The park is very nice and well kept. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. We needed an extension cord to reach the electric hookup, and they provided one. Our concerns with this park are the location. Although we chose it for its proximity to old town, we were not prepared for the number of homeless in the area. We were also told that bikes had been stolen from RVs before and we had two bikes on the back of our rig. With no security and open access, we worried the entire time we were there. Unfortunately, we would not go back.

I can't say enough good things about this park. It is an adults only park (hooray!)The grounds are beautifully maintained, the sites are well spaced, the bathrooms are very clean (older but very nice), the laundry is affordable and the staff is great. I, for one, appreciate the rules. The location is close to the plaza, shopping and restaurants. On a side note...we had a medical emergency while here. They worked with us to extend our stay from 2 nights to 7 nights. The staff were very caring, understanding and helpful during this. On a daily basis they checked in to make sure I was OK, if I needed anything and checked on my husband's progress. Everything they did was above and beyond the call of duty. We have stayed here before and will definitely come back next time we are in Santa Fe. Thanks to Trailer Ranch for everything!

We were quite pleased with the staff at the park, though some of their signage at the desk seemed a little stern. Larry, our host, directed us to a lovely site for our small RV with a large hedge/tree on one side and a green lawn on the other. Very nice! The facilities were clean and inviting. Our site was away from the busy traffic side and very quiet, except for Romeo, the very vocal camp cat. He paid us a brief visit to let us know who was in charge and then wandered off. A very enjoyable experience, a little far from town center, but certainly drivable in a couple of minutes. We will stay there again when we're in Santa Fe.

The owners and staff were friendly and helpful to get into our space. The park is clean and well maintained. Our space was had plenty of room for our camper, level parking and a great cement pad with a picnic table. Definately recommend as the RV place to stay when visiting Santa FE!!

This was our first time here. The park is amazingly clean and neat. The pad that we were on was concrete and as flat as a kitchen table. The staff provided help in bringing us to the right location and assisting us backing in. The park has city water at all utilities. We asked about local restaurants and they quickly provided a list of those that they prefer. This is a part that we will definitely return to

Ok, but if you have dogs, look elsewhere. Nice clean adult RV Park. Medium size spaces. Good hookups and Wi-Fi. Downsides included dated bathrooms and not dog friendly. Dog park was a walk through the residential RV area where many signs of “no dogs” were displayed. Dog park was nice until they closed it the day before we left. Think they may be reducing the size as a new fence was being constructed. Also, lots of “no dogs allowed on grass” signs wherever there was lawn. Alternative dog area was terrible.

This campground is much more spacious, treed and quiet than the typical urban campground. The staff are friendly and helpful. The $1 bus into town is very convenient.

Very over priced! Staff was nice. Clean park. Extremely noisy, traffic, busy road. We expected more from a pricy rv resort.... $70 a night ..... $40 would have been about right....
