I loved staying here! As a single woman I always felt very safe; the community is quiet and peaceful. The owners put a lot of work into making sure things are welcoming and clean. I was just here for a couple of months, but there were several things I noticed them maintaining and adding to the park - one addition was an awning over the mailbox area so you don't get rained on while grabbing your mail.
The owners always got back to me quickly and were so sweet - easiest leasing process I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

Stayed there for several months while working in the area.  Very nice place and gated which is nice.   The laundry facility is nice as well and doesn’t require getting quarters which is awesome!  Very nice pavilion and super cool community fire pit area where people get together to hang out.  Everyone was very friendly and the rates were good.  Right off of I-40 for easy access to Little Rock   I will definitely be staying there next time I’m working in the area

We had a wonderful time staying here for the summer. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. The other campers were welcoming and fun. I can’t say enough about the amazing amenities. Location was close to everything and lover all the trees and landscaping.

5 stars across the board!!!! Hands down the best RV park in central Arkansas. You have it all here and the best part is. The park is filled with nice neighbors. Also the cookouts are amazing and extremely fun.

I had a great experience. I stayed for almost 5 months. They have full hookup, laundry room, bathroom, dog area, covered patio, grill, and fire pit. My favorite part is their security. The gate and cameras make staying here more comfortable.

This is such a unique and welcoming space. The owner puts community first...people first. I hate leaving this place and the friends I have made here. And, the amenities just keep on coming. The owner has such a vision for this place and works on it tirelessly every day. If you can secure yourself a space here consider yourself more than blessed. Meet at the pavilion for a potluck/cookout, mosey down and view the neighborly horses,  meet at the doggy park to visit with your fur baby's friends. You can help with the chickens and soon there will be community gardening to share! Literally the best RV resort I have ever been to...less like a place and more like home. Highly, most highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and nice shady sites. Easy hwy access. Near restaurants and things to do. Love walking downtown along the water. Owners are super nice.

great location just outside little Rock with QT across the street for gas and food.  i got the opportunity to chat with the owner enjoyed that. easy overnight sight 1 day drive from Kansas city.

We were supposed to stay at the KOA, buy they continued to ignore our calls and didn't seem to have any long term camping. Well, we had already left WI and had no place. We figured we would give this place a chance. Glad we did. The place is very clean and the owner is a very caring individual. We arrived Dec. 17th. On Christmas eve, she came and gave us a Christmas gift. A nice gift bag of candy and a gift card for pizza. Thought that was very nice! She has came through everyday and just drove through to make sure everything was OK. Their are 2 new washing machines and the wash room was secured and clean. The lot rent for the month was 100 to 500 cheaper than all the ones near. There might not be a bunch of amenities,  but this is a great secure RV park. Give it a try. Need to add, none of the campgrounds or RV Parks around here allowed for a trailer. Well this one does. We had our 5th wheel and a trailer behind that.

I have lived here for 3 years. By far the nicest rv park in this area. The owner, Ms. Evie Phelps is always so nice and helpful. Cares more about her residents than turning a profit!

It's a nice quiet park and it isn't big. Yes it is an older park but is very pleasant. Could do somethings to update it but I found it quaint...

My husband and I had reservations to stay here a month. Got to the park and found out the hard way there were no sites to accommodate our rig. We own a 35 ft. Class A Motorhome. We had two choices. The first site we selected we were in 2 ft. of mud. The second site we got stuck in about 3 ft of fresh gravel. We requested the check we had just written them and told the park manager and owner we couldn’t stay because of the situation and quite frankly it was a dirty park with trash everywhere and literally a shack that served as a bathhouse and laundry area. They were quite upset to say the least and refused to hand us back our check and said we would have to stop payment on our check. Most of the park consists of out of town workers and not folks passing through. Would not recommend this park to anyone.
