Love loving here. It's very clean and well managed

Five vehicles parked on one site, that happend to have an addition added onto the back of an old trailer. I assume it's a bunk house for amigos.

The manager does not care. She doesn’t read the lease. She will find any reason to change you. She is an angry lady. There is no working with this lady. Do not move here

Do not live here unless you wanna be harassed for everything that you do. The manager here does not read the lease so she has no idea how to even manage her RV park so you will be yelled at for things that you signed off on being allowed to do, you will also be charged if you do any little thing wrong even though you technically didn’t do it wrong you will be charged. DO NOT COME HERE

This was place was just amazing I stayed during but the pool was really good also the playroom with a great air conditioner was good

They barely care. They keep the managers place nice but they dont care about the laundry room and restrooms. They dont monitor traffic, music, pets, parking, fires, but don't be late on your lot rent. Two people per room? Yeah right.

I’ve been at this park for years now; Ive seen it nose dive the past couple years due to new management. They do not do anything to improve the park at any point. They keep raising the rates but do nothing to help the tenants and since Hurricane Milton the park is trash. It took months for them to even clean up debris and most of it still sits around, the fences are down in multiple places and the front gate is always open. So much for safety. There’s a lot of vandalism going on now. The pool isn’t open. The pool cage is gone from the hurricane and instead of restoring it they just put caution ⚠️ tape around it. So why are we paying more for management to do less? AND they let anyone live here now. It’s supposed to be a quiet park but there’s kids running the streets yelling and screaming. There’s people that walk through the cemetery that are very loud and obnoxious as well and they jump the fence and steal stuff. I would like to call the owner to complain but no one knows how to get in touch with him. I would not give this park any stars if it were possible. 

Tropical Gardens Travel Park is an ideal camping and tourist area with green and quiet space. Full facilities and convenient location help visitors enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

I stayed for a month.

The laundry facility was outstanding. Clean machines. Reasonable prices.

Friendly staff. Pleasant.

There is no wifi. You need to stand by the office for wifi. (Nothing new in the RV camping business. Just a lie to make you think you will have it.) The numerous speed bumps are horrible! Rediculous number of them. The place looks rundown. Many junky trailers. Boats. Stored. Water pressure a simple trickle.

I would stay again but understand what I am getting.

Note of caution. Under new management from early 2023. Their policy is to no longer give refunds for days not used. I paid the whole month of November, but we had to leave on the 4th day of the month. They will not refund the rest of the month. Even going to the daily rate, instead of the long-term rate, we would have received a refund. As quoted by office manager "we do not refund days not used". I think this is a bad policy for customers.
RENTERS BEWARE!!

Great place, managers are great, pool is nice and not fat from the beach and other attractions and shopping.

Manager is EXTREMELY rude because we were there 5 minutes before they opened and he treated us like children and  drilled us about why we were so early.  Very suspicious on why he was so upset about that.  We were ready to purchase a home and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!  Even some of the tenants in the park warned us that he is very difficult but we never expected such rudeness.  I don't think they deserve even one start but unfortunately I had to chose one in order to submit this review 

You have to pay to use there washer and dryer and them make you pay while using them they also have very slow WiFi and they don’t open there pool even tho it’s heated and staff is very rude

I want to send cudos to the management!  The people have a real sense of community,  and Tina does a great job of cleaning the laundry and bathrooms!  She's always on time, cleans thoroughly, and restocks the toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitizers.

This park is fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay here with my family, it was kind of tropical. The park was larger than I expected and was always clean. The people who work here were so kind and helpful. We were able to park our big rig up at a very nice spot carefree, which always makes a camping trip start off well. They also had a great location as there was a plethora of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. 
Overall everything was peaceful and quiet that made our camping trip very memorable. I know my boys are asking when we can go again, which I can’t wait either.
